Big
miss
with
my
recent
experience
here.
I
don’t
expect
much
when
going
to
Ihop,
but
today’s
customer
service
was
bare
minimum
at
most.
Everything
took
exceptionally
long
to
be
done,
from
being
seated
(practically
ignored
while
I’m
the
only
person
waiting
and
only
getting
seated
once
others
showed
up)
to
finally
getting
my
food.
My
server,
while
nice
enough,
wasn’t
too
attentive
to
my
table
and
the
only
time
she
came
around
after
serving
my
food
was
to
hand
me
the
receipt.
Had
she
come
around
at
least
once
more,
I
wouldn’t
have
had
my
food
swiftly
put
away
by
the
perpetually
grumpy
busser
while
leaving
my
table
for
10
seconds
to
get
a
to-go
box.
Although
they
did
rectify
this
by
replacing
my
leftovers,
the
busser
wasn’t
too
apologetic
at
all,
making
the
whole
ordeal
less
than
pleasant.
The
busser
already
seemed
to
have
some
issue
with
me
since
I
told
him
preferred
the
curtain
at
*my*
table
to
be
up,
after
the
family
who
got
seated
at
the
next
table
*after*
me,
requested
them
down.
I
even
offered
to
be
moved
to
a
different
table
so
the
family
could
enjoy
their
shade,
but
I
guess
that
was
an
issue
too.
All
in
all,
the
food
was
okay,
the
customer
service
needs
some
work.
