I have no clue why my meal was so horrible! I would call them but, what for? Right now as I write this, I just had enough. My monster nacho cheese had tomato in it! Tomato! They even took longer in the drive thru just to give me trash. This is also how my taco came, falling apart. Sorry for the gross picture. Edit: I come here often at night with my husband before I go feed and TNR stray cats. We are super happy to have the same guy in the drive thru. Very bad experience. Food not good, they don’t have all the flavor for the sodas.

1. There are no Rams Touchdown Deal signs in the restaurant. (The one in San Gabriel has. And I got a free Jumbo Jack there with a drink purchase.) 2. When I was about to ask whether the special was honored in this location (today Rams won the game), at 7:15pm, an employee used two trash cans to block one of the two entrances and said they were closing, without explaining, though the sign on the door said they were open 24 hours. So I left without ordering. Edit: Response to the owner's response below: I am not going through the bureaucratic "paperwork" to repeat what I said. Apparently the owner does not care. There is nothing further for him to look into. The facts are there. He could have said either "Sorry, we will put the Rams signs there" or "Sorry, we do not honor that deal." Very simple. And he could have said "Sorry, we had a sewage problem that evening and needed to close early, but it was fixed now." or "We changed our opening hours and forgot to update the sign on the door" or something like these. Very simple. He simply does not want to face and solve the problem. He does not understand what "excellent service is" at all.

Drive thru and get all the good stuff, ultimate cheeseburger, 2 tacos. Then drive thru Cvs and get my stations for my high cholesterol. Hey, life's a vicious circle. Right ?!??

One of the best tasting Jack in the Box locations in LA, the Manager Edwin and (assistant manager?) Angie are always happy to see me and friendly, on the rare occasion I have a problem with my order they always fix my order no questions asked. The location could probably do with a security guard with all the bad attitude homeless and wannabe gangsters, but nice place otherwise.

Last night I had a Jack Combo and it had to be the best burger ever!!!! The presentation was superb and it tasted delicious!!! Whomever was working in the back, KUDOS and thank you for your great service.

I used to come here often years ago. Came by for breakfast. Ordered supreme croissant, they got the order wrong. Asked for a correct order...they got it wrong again. Tables dirty, bathroom beyond disgusting. Not coming back.

Ordered Snoop Munchie Meal. Wasn't crazy about it. Ordered the sandwich without Ranch. Without Cheese sauce. Came with very little special sauce. Comes with a Taco. Curly Fries. And a Brownie. Nah. The sandwich wasn't all that great.

Worst $32 dollars spent . All the food was terrible cold . Fries were nasty . Everything about this store and place sucks . Waited in like for 15 min for cold food . Save your money not worth even giving it a try .

Food was good and prepared without bacon as requested. The three stars is for the prices on the drive through menu are not the actual prices they charge you. I ordered a #28 ultimate breakfast sandwich combo. Price listed was $8.59. I was charged $9.99 plus tax. Not cool. I would have kept driving through if I saw that that combo is now $10 plus tax.

Well I can only say the food is all starting to taste the same . It's good and all but my taste buds are craving something new. Jack I know you can do it. Also your breakfast croissant has lost its flakynesd and is starting to taste like bread.

Our favorite checker Alex was there. Nice experience, tried the tiny tacos loaded. Not too bad. Also tried the Red Bull infusion drink that they are promoting right now. If you like the taste of redbull then this drink is for you.

Tonight me and my grandma visited the drive thru most of the time we are welcomed with rude employees but tonight we were taken care of by sarai she was the sweetest and most patient employee we have had an amazing experience tonight. She made sure our order was correct as well. Amazing job team and management. Thank you will be returning soon 💖💕🙏.

All my life I have been coming to Jack in the Box for years and enjoying their food and also their new items. Lucky I try their new item the begle sandwich I try one of each there's sausage and bacon. They were goodit just the bagel wasn't fresh it have flavor.

Most crazy-efficient, clear, and concise order-taker ever to work a drive-thru just now (11/4 6:30pm). Promote this dude for sure.

Please, post diner open/closing times. Only drive through is 24hr. The convenience of a drive-thru is indeed appreciated, as both customer and delivery employee; however, it is exhaustingly time consuming here.

I dunno what's going on at this place. Used to be great place overall. But now only The mornings are great. Friendly people. Fast service. But at night it's a completely different story. Always make sure you have all your food before you leave. If ur in the drive thru make sure they have your order correct before you get to the window. I have have had food missing from my bag a few times already.
