WARNING: DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS LOCATION unless you want to wait forever. I placed an order online to skip the line but they wanted me to pick up my order at the drive thru window. This is ridiculous and very inefficient! I placed an order online but still had to wait for everyone else to place their order/get their order before I was able to pick up my order. This place should have a separate pick up line for online orders. They also don't pick up the phone at this location. I wanted to cancel my order because the line was so long. I had no way to cancel it so I had to wait for over 45 minutes.

I ordered Jolly Spaghetti with 2 pcs Spicy chicken. They said i need to wait for at least 14 minutes. I waited and then they served me my order without napkins and proper Cutlery. Spaghetti was good but the wait was disappointing. I think this BRANCH NEED RE TRAINING FOR fast food manuals!!!!😡🤭🙈

The infamous Filipino fried chicken chain has landed the 626. Fast and friendly service. Clean restroom - although one stall for each gender. Some items are not offered because of short-staff.

Date: Saturday, 7:49 P.M. Edit: THIRD time visiting. 40 minutes, waiting for ONE Chicken Sandwich inside. Get it together.... (-1 star ⭐) Edit* 2nd time visiting, no chicken sandwiches or tenders available. This location needs some quality control (-1 additional star ⭐) Knocked off 1 star (⭐): the drive-thru experience. About 24 minutes from start to finish waiting. Wasn't particularly crowded (see pictures) I understand it's a new location, so staff may not be synchronized yet. I will be coming back so I may adjust my review accordingly 👍 2nd star I knocked off (⭐): The prices are a bit steep for comparable meals at similar fast food chains. That said, the Pineapple quencher, and both pies are incredible! I do think they're all about 50¢ overpriced, but a good treat once in a while

This Jollibee is clean and the employees are friendly. Got the Chickenjoy Spaghetti combo with Pineapple Quencher and Peach Mango pie. The Chicken was tender and juicy and the Spaghetti was ok. The Quencher and Pie were fantastic though. The food seemed a bit pricey for fast food but definitely worth checking out.

Chicken smells and taste like oil, chicken flour still raw u can taste the season flour . Bought the promo $10 for 10pcs.

It was crowded, which means, the food must be good. I tried it and I am blown away by the spicy chicken. I grew up with Pioneer Chicken and Jim Dandy. Now, Popeyes I like you, but I feel I'm in love with Jollibee. The Palabok Fiesta with lemon juice and the Adobo rice was palatable. The Chicken Joy and the Spicy Chicken sandwich were delicious. The pineapple quencher washed it all down so well. Last but not least was the peach mango pie. I'll have it for dinner.

I always order the spicy chicken joy with mashed potatoes and mango pies for me and the family. I love that they serve dark meat pieces only, (leg and thighs). The pieces are big, juicy and crunchy.

When I received the order and arrived at the restaurant, the cashier asked me which order it was. After confirming it, I immersed myself in my own business. I didn't notify the chef to speed up the order. Then I waited there. 5 minutes passed. Only another waitress came to ask me what the order was, and then she started to prepare, yes, started to prepare this order, my waiting was a waste of time. From the seats, you can see the back chef is making this order. They found that the beef in this order is not enough, and they continued to make beef first. When the last order was received, I had to wait for 30 minutes, I would understand if the restaurant was very busy, but the order was in a very light time, 3pm. So you have to go in to confirm and then confirm.

Location wasn’t the most clean but still decent given this is a fast food restaurant. Their chickens are crispy and well cooked. It’s a bit salty. Gravy was good, still could be better. You can also request honey to eat with biscuit. I do not recommend getting the soda. Everything tasted like bad tap water.

I rated a 3 on service because they got my large order wrong and said they don't carry any sauces, but it's a good spot for chicken. Everything is very fresh and I'd return and make sure my order is complete before getting home this time😆

The chicken is delicious but the server was really rude when I let her know she forgot the gravy. She tossed it at me and walked away. Also witnessed the server wiping the counter top with chicken crumbs on to the floor instead of disposing of it in a trash can

The service is fast and courteous, and the food is warm and decent. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and fries, the chicken is tender and good quality but rather bland, it does need the jalapenos for some flavor. The fries are also bland, at least they were hot. It's ok if in the area, but won't drive out of my way, quality of chicken was good just lacked flavor. Knocking stars down in the review due to the appearance of the establishment, dirty walls with water and food stains, food on the floor under booths, drywall ripped, bathrooms unclean. An employee was cleaning the tables, but in all the location needs maintenance and deep cleaning.

It would of been a 5 star rating BUT they didn't have the spicy chicken... I was bummed 😞

I ordered all sorts of stuff to try it out. I don't get it. Nothing I had was good. Like soggy pasta, squishy fried chicken and bland. Which dishes do you recommend? I recommend going elsewhere.
