I wanted to like this place. Maybe I hit it on the wrong day? The BBQ pork sandwich was just not that good. The bread seemed day-old and the pork want that good. I also got the chicken sandwich - which suffered from the same issues. The line was long and the wait was too. So it could be that I picked the wrong menu items. I will conceed that the egg rolls were very good.

I think the combo pho is fine, not amazing. I had better pho somewhere else. $10 for 3 banh mi is a deal. I need to try more of their food for a full review!

Banh Mi & Che Cali has the affordable prices I’ve ever seen since forever go if you buy 2 banh mi you’ll get one free !!! And for the boba buy one get one free!! You can take your significant other for brunch there!! It does get packed but it’s worth it, and they even prepackaged meals for you to eat there or to go!! High recommend the pho or bbq chicken banh mi :) !!

Don't think four stars is a bad thing! This place is reasonably priced, it has several meals to go options, and serves really solid, simple Asian food. They have a buy one get one free drink special that has been there for years and every day there is a different featured dish. There's also a buy three get a fourth one free banh mi daily special. The food is consistent and I've eaten here for years. If you want good food at a reasonable price, this spot gets the job done!

Ordered 4x Spring Roll Combos. Half of my disappointment came from the ingredients. Perhaps they make them in a more traditional manner, however, instead of lettuce & mint, these were comprised of cooked cabbage. With a limp green onion & a somewhat burnt wonton down the center, the pork tasted “unusual”. Again, I don’t know if they are supposed to be made with spam and that’s considered pork but whatever was in the spring roll was definitely mechanically separated and processed meat byproduct. Halfway through eating, I began to feel nauseous and gassy. I had 4 individual spring rolls and my guest had 2 before they started feeling gassy and being gassy at the same time. We both spent the night in the restroom; I slept with a trash can by my bed. The delivery and ordering experience was excellent but the obvious food poisoning, not so much…

Waited ages for the sandwich despite being not that busy. Very poor quality bread, dry bbq pork. The sandwich was as a dry as the desert, no mayo no nothing. And it wasn't even warm. Worst banh mi I've ever had, should have went across the street but I wanted to eat in rather take away. They just don't care. Look at the photo Jason posted below that's what I got too.

This was one of my go-to's for a very long time but unfortunately, today did leave a very bad taste in my mouth. I simply asked for a cup of water for me and my friends, which apparently caused some conversation and debate between the servers. Not long after, we got our waters but in boba cups, sealed and in a carrier and were given a check for the water. After that, we asked about it and were told it 75 cents now, even though we saw someone else receive a Styrofoam cup of water. She told us he paid too but then why is the man paying for the water in a smaller container that we were paying the similar price for? While it is in the restaurant's right to provide any service but in this instance, this felt like targeted discrimination because every other Asian customer got the Styrofoam waters without issue besides us. Look, I'm a person of color and by family has also run a restaurant. But the treatment my friends and I received this time around felt like grounds enough for me to say something, unfortunately. It was an unfortunate situation and I really wish it didn't happen.

I re visited this restaurant after 5 years. I ordered 3 of their sandwiches, and sadly, one of them had old meat that was gummy already. From what I remember, the bread and relish tasted better, and the sandwiches had more sauce and flavor. At buy 2 get one free, it's a great deal at 6 bucks each. The service was good! I recommend trying this place out!

Typical Vietnamese restaurant with Pho and ban mi's. I got the bbq pork and shrimp with vermicelli and my dad got the beef noodle soup. The soup was a little too salty for both our liking, but the vermicelli was pretty bomb. Same price for both so I'd rather get the vermicelli for what it's worth.

Our breakfast this early Tuesday morning. I like that they open early, 6:00am and that they have outdoor dining. Tummy was happy with the hot and tasteful Pho soup.

The food is great but their phone number is inactive and if they don’t answer, it sends you to the most high pitched shrill screech. Remember dial up? Kinda like that. They also don’t ever pack you extra limes or hot sauce if you order from Ubereats and leave notes asking for it. Ubereats suggests you call the restaurant to ask, but how can we do that when their number is inactive ??? Only reason I’m not scoring lower is because the banh mi is great and so is the phö

This place is exactly what you might expect. Decent parking. Inexpensive but tasty food. Fast service. I love it! Spring rolls are my favorite, but the Bahn mi is a solid option as well.

It's not a pho place so can't expect anything. pho noodle was super soft, nothing at table to put in pho, but they do give small container of hoisin and siracha, and had to ask for chili oil. Husband asked for the raw steak to be on the side, and they didn't understand what that is.. so we had ours cooked and hard to chew 😅 Spent $50 for two bowl of pho and two rice plates. But I do see some hot food that looks good.. tho didn't get to check the prices

Fast. Cheap and affordable. Big portion. Decent staff if you speak their language. Just have to speak loudly

Good food for a good price. Really hard to screw up banh mi, but it's pretty good. They also have good deals on some other non-Vietnamese drinks. Highly recommend stopping by and giving this place a try.

Just wow. Been going here for over 10 years! They have such affordable meals that satisfy my hunger and body’s need for nutrients! Healthy, filling, affordable food! They have had their buy one get one free boba for over 10 years and still going! They’re open everyday starting 6am… you can’t beat that mind of service! Their pho is so delicious and satisfying! Their noodles… cooked to perfection.. how can banh pho (rice noodle) be cooked so soft yet so firm? Their basil and bean sprout are very fresh and proportionate. Their boba is so chewy but soft, their milk and thai teas are also creamy and delicious! Ate with a friend and the total was $30 for 2 people! In this economy, Banh Mi Che Cali are doing their very best to satisfy their customers! Love this place and will always be thinking of coming back! (Clean up after yourself and leave a tip!)

Taste good, very affordable price. Fried rice was good, the broth for the pho was clear, savory, and delicious. Vermicelly was light and perfect for breakfast. The dessert was having a good sweetness and served with coconut milk. Great Asian dessert. All 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

Tiny little hole in the wall. But good food. Don't mind the wait though.
