EDIT: This is the 4th time in a row having to wait 10-15 minutes for a "Hot-N-Ready". The last 3 times I have come here for a Classic Hot-N-Ready, there is either a "10 to 15 minute" wait, or a push to buy the extra pepperoni option. What's the point of having Hot-N-Ready if it's never ready? Experiencing the same thing at Culver City. Sounds like a push to get you to download their app.

ALEJANDRO !!! What a rock star!!! Long story short, he helped me when no one else could. Took the time to go through the arduous task of the app, while helping other customers! Rock star, I'll say it again ROCK STAR! Manager, he deserves a raise!! Keep a hold of this one.

Great pizza for the price, and its the best pizza to the kids at home.

They made us wait for 30 minutes because we ordered deep dish pizza and when we got it !it was kinda burnt but it was still delicious 😋

The food is good. Services is always great and they are friendly. Prices have gone up like everything else but all on all still a good value.

Still a great value but they no longer put the delicious garlic sprinkles along the edge and now charge $1 for it. We expect prices to go up, we don’t expect quality to go down. The veggie pepperonis are a nice touch, they taste nothing like pepperoni but they satisfy the vegetarian 🌱 this nod to animal preservation changes my 3 stars to a 4⭐️

It's pizza. With breadsticks and wings and soda if you want. Order ahead, wings are pretty meh, deep dish is just crisper oilier pizza

4 star cause they have a food locker. I ordered online and went to go pick up. Walked into the store. Punched my code into the keypad. A little window opened and I grabbed my food. No need to talk to anyone and I was OUTTA there. Overall: will return cause ordering is so easy. The pizza taste like little Caesars pizzza

We used to be able to sit down and wait, pre pandemic. I guess what baffles me is the smaller, cramped space in front of the counter, for waiting for your pizza to be ready. However, if these are adjustments that were necessary, due to the pandemic, I completely understand. If you are claustrophobic at all, I suggest waiting outside if there are more than 4 people in line, waiting for their pizza, or you can try ordering online for pickup. The pizza pods are a great convenience. So, even though I miss the way it used to be, I love love love the fact that they have pizza pods for our pickup orders. Ordering online is awesome and convenient. And my order was ready ahead of the scheduled time I was given, & my pizza was maintained hot and fresh. Not bad for an evening picnic dinner with my daughter. No hassle service, for sure, and mounds of deliciousness are what made our evening picnic that much more awesome.

Went because of T-Mobile Tuesday promotion. Pizza is fresh, toppings a bit lacking but still good pizza. 😋 I like the self pickup machine.

This location is like the only location in Alhambra, San Gabriel and San Marino I think, it is always busy. Best thing to do is order ahead.

This location has a new topping called hair! This is now the 2nd time I've gotten pizza from this location and i find a disgusting long hair. I will never order from here'again!

Terrible experience. Had to wait almost 20 minutes to get waited on, only order cheesy bread. The price advertised $3.29 but they charged me $3.99. When i questioned the difference the store manager said it was an old ad and that they could not honor the $3.29 price posted because they are a franchise store. I was on lunch and had to return to work without getting something else, i asked for my money back and will never eat there agaain.

Quick and the best budget solution for pizza. I like that they have the Pizza Portal to go straight up and pick up your pizza without having to wait!
