I was very upset in how they trick and cheat you. Overpriced and pressure tactics. Even though they claim to refund 100 % I was charged $90 to size wedding band set they were charging me $6 000. I caught that they tried to sneak in another $999.99 for insurance without telling me. I had them remove the charge. Then they charged $90 to size it. When I found sane rings for hAlf the price- they tried to drop the price by almost $1000. But when I told them I wanted to cancel they charged me amother $90 to size it back. I'm out $180. And no ring. Don't set foot here!!!

Too many sale signs not sure if I am getting a god deal or not. It's not a classy place to buy Jewelery

Instantly recognizable by the hologram lady standing in front of the store near the food court at the Santa Anita mall. Sort of creepy if you ask me. But store is nice and centrally located in the mall.

This jewelry store has very nice associates and managers starting in August 24th 2017. They sell watches, rings, necklaces and some kids items rarely besides all jewelry. In the Puente hills mall, they offer and give out candy to customers or cookies on specific holidays of the year. This Daniel's Jewelers in Puente hills mall had a rating of 3/5 stars now as I checked. More reviews as I requested more customers to come to buy jewelry here for all purposes. I started having a bad experience with this jewelry store since I was 19 years old In year 2015 and the previous manager named Don Clark was very rude to me, called me a Nick-name I didn't want to be called and had 0 out of 5 stars and no reviews back when he was there. I wish the previous manager Don Clark gets fired, retires from his jobs and is away from human society. He asked me a personal question about my life in the future and it was none of his business. This jewelry store gets better with the new female manager named Chess, Lisa and Marissa working here to get me more comfortable and less miserable with my visits to this store.

Came here on 1/20 Saturday to get my daughters ears pierced on her bday. She was very nervous, and had 5 other teens with her. We weren't sure where to get our ears pierced, but while we were walking the mall we decided to walk into Daniel Jewelers. When got there, Ray greeted us and had a jolly personality.. She said we had to come back 1:00, but when she saw our long faces, she said come back at 12pm. When my daughter finally sat down to get down to business, she was very nervous and Ray was VERY patient and accommodating.. she didn't rush her, she answered all her silly questions and put up with 6 other watchers! Thank you Ray for making my daughter's experience a good one!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I took my daughter to get something nice and she got a beautiful necklace, ring and earring set. Their prices are great.
