I was very impressed with my experience this afternoon. The staff was kind courteous and efficient from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. When your feeling so sick and exhausted you usually don’t notice the little details but they made me feel extremely comfortable and got me in and out quickly while still giving me a thorough exam. I will also say I never write reviews good or bad however they went the extra mile and should be recognized for being a five star facility in my book. Keep up the great work !

The care I received on my visit was excellent and fast. I really appreciate the great people at this location. The NP was very knowledgeable in her craft.

It was quick, clean and most of all I felt very welcome at the front desk. I believe her name was Lenora. She is the senior manager. She was so pleasant and down to earth. Plus the doctor was super fast and attentive. 10/10 ladies!!!

I’ve been a couple times over the last year or two and have seen a couple different providers. Everyone I have interacted with from the front desk, to the techs, to the providers have been wonderful! Their hours are incredibly convenient and they also have a Telehealth option, although I haven’t used that one yet. Would definitely recommend!

We’ve had two great experiences with this office and I really appreciate the urgency they had with getting two year the care he needed. Would come back and recommend. Thank you so much. Double ear infections are no fun. My son is non verbal and high energy and they handle him with amazing care.

My experience here was good. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor and she showed genuine concern for my health. I'll definitely be back if I need to go to an urgent care in the future.

Honestly this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any urgent care! I was seen fast, and the doctors there were super polite, responsive and actually listened. And they engaged with patients. I would go here again out of any other urgent care

This was the first "very first" time I've ever been able to communicate with a doctor on such a level. I wish she had her own practice somewhere so I'd be able to see the doctor (who was on her way to Germany for vacation in the next 30 minutes) again for another visit! My name is Fred Ward, I was having a allergic reaction today, my skin was on fire 🔥. I called before I went in. Service was speedy. I'm going to have to do some more research on steroids. But what I went in for helped a hole lot on my hip pain.... I can move around better.

The staff, Seanna, Alysha, and Amanda are a wonderful bunch of girls who are very helpful and sweet. Love the care I received at this place. And the Pepsi is always cold.

Very great and friendly staff! I was seen right away with no wait time. I am very afraid of needles but Alyshia was very good with giving me an injection. I didn’t feel anything and she was very gentle with me and my family. I love Granite staff.

Thank goodness for this Urgent Care service. I couldn't get in to see my dr., but I received prompt, effective, satisfying, pain relieving help there. They were very professional, patient, and attentive to my needs. My sister advised me to go there, and I was glad that I did. I came into the urgent care with the worse migraine of my life. The entire staff took care of me with the utmost compassion! They really went above and beyond. They immediately got me into an exam room to lay down and dimmed the lights. Afterwards, they helped me get rid of my migraine as quickly as possible. They exceeded my expectations on so many levels. I can not thank them enough for everything they did!

The whole visit was fast and friendly. My son did not feel well at all and the nurse at front desk was very kind and friendly. So accommodating and understanding. Taylor the doctor or nurse practitioner was so kind and quick. The wait was not long at all we were in and out. The office and waiting area was also clean and sanitary.

Urgent Care in Granite City was a life saver yesterday. It had Been over a week with both ears so plugged up I could barely hear. About 20 minutes after walking in my hearing is great and everyone was very helpful and friendly

My visit was as little impromptu for my daughter. I didn't have her insurance card with me. The young lady looked her up. For a minute I was thinking Children here I come. Over all visit was fast, smooth, and very friendly. Thank you

I love the NP here, she always takes care of all of us. The staff is really awesome and friendly & the Branch manager rocks. Please always keep the same staff because there is no where else I'd like to go but here:)
