Really appreciate the staff at total Access urgent care at both a Clarkson Road and Clayton Road location and the Manchester in Towne and Country location. I came in with a spider bite and they took great care of me getting me in quickly and efficiently. I had to return to have it looked at and again, they are happy to do wound checks, etc. Unfortunately, I wasn’t healing the way that I should but the team jumped in, I had an IV. I had a new protocol, new antibiotics and within two days it turned around , and I am healing incredibly now! I really appreciate the team as I know that they are often so busy and still take time to listen and care for me when I am in their locations

The professionals at Urgent Care on Manchester were wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was attentive and caring. The fact that so many patients were there needing help and getting attention was astounding. I wish that kind of timely care was offered in the rest of the medical industry. Thank you so much for your kind attention and care. I give you guys an A+.

I am a returning patient at total access urgent care Manchester Missouri. Each time I have been treated with extreme amount of care. The staff and the physicians are outstanding and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you for going the extra step.

Second time I've had to use this facility. Both times it has been a very pleasant experience. The procedure itself was'nt pleasant, but the staff was absolutely fantastic, in their care and skill. I would much rather go there, than wait 4 hours in the emergency room.

The staff was so friendly and kind. I came in with a sprained ankle and they were so generous with me and helped me be comfortable. I didn’t have to wait terribly long to be seen and when I was done, they even wheeled me out to my car. The techs kept me in good spirits and helped me ignore the pain. I would 1000% come back here.

I had a long wait to be seen for a simple health issue at the Town and Country location on Manchester. I totally understand that someone else was very sick and needed attention. Unfortunately, the front desk folks were very unsympathetic and uncaring. They could use an update on customer service training, or maybe find a job in another field. The EMT and PA, who eventually saw me were terrific and I was treated appropriately. I'm already feeling better.

Love that everyone is always smiling and working hard. Alexis Strange is an amazing NP! I have a fondness for anyone in the nursing field. They are built different! She is very nurturing and informative.

Always very kind and patient, great customer service regardless of which location I go to. I don't mind the wait for this reason. They always get me thoroughly checked out and get me the help I need.

Best urgent care visit we have ever had. I have three little boys so we visit an urgent care several times a year. I called up to see what the wait was and the lady who answered put in the wait list and told me to wait 15 minutes and then come up. We did and when we arrived she knew who we were and called us right back. The nurse who came in was so kind and sweet to my son. The lady who did the X-rays was even better. He was hurting so the X-rays weren’t comfortable but the way she coached him through it was so kind and caring. The doctor was even better. He was a young guy and so kind and funny with my son. I frequent urgent cares and this was by far the best visit I have ever had. I am so grateful to all the staff, such a wonderful and kind team of people. Thank you!

First time visit. Very well organized with appointment scheduling online and continuous updates. Very nice staff. Nice clean office quarters. Took care of my issues promptly and professionally. It takes forever to get in to see primary physician and I was seen at AUC within 2 hours of signing up online. I highly recommend your services for immediate health needs and have told my doctor so!!

I went in for an emergency visit after being injured at work and the staff got me in immediately to be seen. Every single one of the nurse practitioners were friendly, caring and empathetic. They worked to ensure that everything from getting me fixed up to the back end logistics of workers comp was taken care of. They made all the arrangements to have me transferred to a specialist and at all times made sure I was comfortable. I cannot thank these ladies enough for everything that they did. Even the follow up call felt personal rather than professional. Thank you all for making a scary situation easier!

Tonight I brought my 81 year old mother in, needing help with a possible UTI. The staff was responsive and caught some major red flags, leading her to be transported by ambulance to a hospital. They were so kind and helpful, helping me laugh in a very stressful moment. When I jokingly asked if they had a granola bar to share because I’d missed dinner, they shared bread that staff had brought in and sent me with some candy. Way above and beyond. Their kindness will not be forgotten!

Great experience at the Town and Country TAUC. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. My Doctor was thorough, personable and professional. She made the whole experience enjoyable. Kudos to all that I had contact with.

I will not go to another urgent care. I was feeling absolutely horrible and they were on top of things. Everyone I spoke to were very kind and compassionate which you find very seldom at urgent cares. First they allowed me to come in and wait in the lobby even though they weren’t open yet. I waited 10 or 15 minutes and I was in a room. They were so thorough and made sure I had all treatments needed while I was there. They even came back and checked on me several times to make sure I was ok and you don’t get that at urgent cares either. Some of the nicest people ever. Thank you for being so caring and compassionate.

Manchester Road Total access Urgent Care was fantastic for my medical needs. They provided quick, professional, and very cool service. I love the emergency! Poster, as well as the other TV shows about medical service. My experience was awesome from the fellow tattooed doctor, who sewed me up to Miss avocado at the reception desk when I had the stitches removed. What a great experience. This TAUC site should have it’s own streaming show.

My teen daughter was seen for possible concussion. They did very thorough assessment and treatment, listened to both of our concerns, and gave recommendations. She was seen quickly and checked on often during her treatment. We had a very positive experience.
