This is the location closest to my house but I prefer to drive to other locations since I’m almost always disappointed by my drinks at this location. This has occurred on multiple occasions hence why I avoid this location altogether and wait times are pretty bad. 9/30 - someone else got me Starbucks from this location. They didn’t make enough of the drink for a venti size so they filled it with extra whipped cream and had a bad taste.

I am a true Starbucks customer, been to a lot of them. From DTLA to Chino and all in between. But this Starbucks needs renovation or new furniture. Not sure why it's been ignored, judging by the business it brings in. This is the worst Starbucks to go to, especially if you have to do some work. They never have any sitting. Some furniture is missing or who knows what happened. I hope they put some TLC to this store soon. It's embarrassing. Thank you

Only starbucks near my house but I rather go else place. Every time they overbrew the coffee every single time. The staff is nice and the drive thru is always taking forever no joke.

Music is way too loud inside for being 7am turn it down. Order took a while to pick up P.S. you could only really enter this drive thru from 1 direction

Our mobile order took 26 minutes. They were working off of one machine but they were clearly prioritizing any drive through customer over pickup. Some communication would have helped as we would have cut our losses sooner.

Not enough room for people to sit in. Line gets long when drinks aren't prepared on time. I get that there's new people but drinks don't taste the same. Got a mocha and it tastes like watered down coffee. Update, other drinks also taste like water (olteato oat latte)

Long period of waiting to place my order, not busy at the time I was there. Several employees were just passing by , letting me know someone would help me.

I love this Starbucks. My boyfriend and I come to this location a lot and the baristas are always the sweetest. The service is amazing and the drinks are always good <3 😊
