Don't EVER use this jeweler!! It took the better part of two years to get my merchandise back not to mention it wasn't even my original jewelry! The owner claimed my earrings had been stolen therefore he needed to replace them and that was just the first year. GRANTED COVID shut down business for awhile but hardly enough to hold my merchandise another year! I got the runaround beyond belief and didn't get any relief until I started showing up and making a scene continually. Oh btw I had to track him down to this location because he left his previous one. Be forewarned and do not trust this jeweler.

This place is a joke! Customer service is only there to rob you. The gold is no good! And they lie about everything!!

Mal servicio, no me han querido dar mi producto que compre, supuestamente que por qué ya no lo tienen con ellos, que lo mandaron a bodega, solo una vez me hablaron para recogerlo y cuando quise ir ya no lo tenían, hable con el gerente y me dijo que me hablarían para que me lo entregarán y hasta la fecha no recibo nada
