I placed an online order to use a reward. After checking in at the restaurant, I waited for 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready before I finally press the button to speak with someone. Whoever was on the headset dismissively told me they were only doing drive-through. I explained I placed an order online and had been waiting for it, and they said to come through the drive-through, which was fully backed up. That’s the whole reason I use the mobile ordering. I asked them to cancel my order, and they never did so I still was charged. Terrible service.

Raggedy is an understatement. I do not fault the staff, this location clearly doesn't know how to treat and retain employees. The few nice employees are trying their best. Anyways, I only come for happy hour and order 5 drinks. Without fail, I'm waiting 30+ minutes for drinks. Today I timed it, placed my order at 2:47 and got my drinks at 3:31. For 5 drinks is ridiculous. I'd rather drive to St. Louis at this point, at least the 30+ minutes will allow me to see something scenic on the way! Ridiculous, slow, understaffed and incompetent management. Owners do not care.

Don’t come here if you want your food in less than 45 minutes. Ridiculously slowly service and then the attendant lied to me and said he came out but no one was sitting there so he put it inside (I ordered outside at spot 1 and was sitting next to the stall the entire time). All I ordered was shakes too. Between no integrity and slow service this place would be better off for O’Fallon closing down for a business that knows how to function and hire employees that can contribute to humanity on a positive way.

Placed my order via mobile, checked in and entered my stall #. Sat there for 20 minutes, then pressed the call button. several minutes later a person told me through the intercom that they were short handed to please pull through the drive through. I moved to the drive through and sat in line for another 5 minutes, tried to call in and cancel my order but got a message saying the mailbox was full. when I finally pull up to the window a guy quickly passes me the food and drinks and is gone. I won't be returning to this Sonic location.

The staff were very efficient and so polite. The food was served quickly,hot,and delicious! Best Sonic experience I've had. Thanks!

Just placed a mobile order for about 15 bucks at this sonic. I waited 30 minutes in the stall and the app still said my order was being made. I drove into the drive thru line to see what was up but there were 3 cars ahead of me. I waited in the drive thru line for an additional 10 minutes and then left. Didnt even get my food. Never again

please don't go here! you'll just get disappointed. ordered one oreo blast and they gave us a oreo milkshake instead. we also ordered a small water and never got it. tried mentioning something about how we never got an oreo blast, but she walked away. sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting for 2 shakes and an oreo blast. not very nice people and poor service.

Defeats curbside service model if you only respond to drive thru and never respond to orders placed curbside. Poorly managed and trained.
