Great service. All employees were courteous, kind and truly wanted to help me feel better. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and I loved the fact that I could get in line at 6 a.m. when I felt SO bad. Truly helpful to be one of the first patients seen. The check in process was expedient and efficient. Wonderful benefit to be able to get your prescription filled there versus having to wait and make another stop at a pharmacy.

Awesome treatment from this location. The number in line feature is great. They couldn't diagnose my issue, but they provided stop-gap measures until I can get into my primary doc. I would recommend this location, and will go to them again if I can't get into my internist. Thank you all!

I had never gone to an emergency center are urgent care. This was my first time and wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised. It was beyond excellent. I the facility itself was very clean and very well staffed. The staff was friendly. I was seeing almost immediately I, I had had three issues to discuss. They were all handled perfectly. I was just completely satisfied with the whole experience and I would definitely return in the future Dr. Osborne and Chuck or particularly helpful, friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job.

The staff at Total Access Urgent Care were professional and kind. I made an appointment on line. Should up at the appointed time and was seen withing 5 minutes. They were thorough and caring. I was in and out withing 1 hour. Within 24 hours after their care I was feeling better with acute bronchitis.

Being on the road with work, I needed my foot look at. I found these great people and immaculate facility. They have a clean, warm lobby to relax in while you wait to be called. Everyone was very friendly. Another great aspect is they have onsite prescription filling. Which was great for me because I was there at night when all other places were closed. Thanks for the help everyone.

I went in for coughing, nausea, shortness of breath sore throat and barely able to function/. They got me in quickly gave me IV fluids, anti nausea Med, chest ex ray . Ending up having bilateral pneumonia and influenza A they were so thorough, friendly and kind….I wish I remembered all of the names. Everyone did such a great job.

We were able to make the appointment before they opened Monday morning and were 6th in line. They set up a text site to let me know when to come in. When we arrived we just had to do a little bit of paperwork and were seen within 5-7 minutes and had a strep test ready to go for my son based on symptoms presented when we made the appointment. We saw the provider quickly after the strep test and since it was positive they even filled his prescription right on the spot. In and out in less then 40 minutes.

Outstanding care with convenience! I cut my finger and could not stop the bleeding. I called first, they said come right in. I came in and was treated and released in an hour. The staff was exemplary Each person on the care team that I engaged with was smart, kind, attentive and efficient. We are so fortunate to have such quality care so convenient to us.
