I’m
an
LAUSD
employee
who
decided
to
choose
this
dental
coverage
and
I
regret
it.
This
company
is
so
disorganized.
I
have
been
trying
to
get
a
cleaning
for
over
a
month
now,
and
cannot
see
anyone
due
to
these
offices
being
totally
disorganized.
It
seems
to
be
an
issue
in
corporate,
as
well
as
in
the
individual
offices.
1st
try:
I
made
an
appointment
and
got
a
confirmation
text
and
email.
I
show
up
and
the
dentist
office
is
closed.
2nd
try:
I
make
an
appointment
again
and
when
I
show
up,
they
tell
me
there
is
a
TWO
HOUR
wait
time
due
to
the
“corporate
office”
overbooking.
3rd
try:
I
reschedule
AGAIN
and
they
call
me
the
day
before
saying
that
the
dentist
called
off
so
I
will
not
be
able
to
be
seen.
4th
try:
I
go
in
again
to
finally
get
a
check
up,
left
work
early
and
used
my
sick
time,
and
I
then
waited
an
hour
and
a
half
before
seeing
the
dentist.
The
dental
assistant
tried
to
recommend
me
to
reschedule
AGAIN,
telling
me
it
would
be
another
hour
wait.
Once
I
told
them
I
had
already
rescheduled
four
times,
they
got
the
dentist
to
see
me.
On
top
of
all
of
this,
when
I
call
them,
they
never
pick
up!
And
the
one
time
they
do,
I
get
hung
up
on
or
my
call
is
sent
to
the
corporate
office
who
can’t
help
me.
Some
of
the
staff
and
dentists
are
nice
and
friendly,
but
organizationally,
this
place
is
very
dysfunctional,
and
I’ve
never
had
such
a
ridiculous
experience
with
dentists
offices
before.
I
read
reviews
for
other
Western
Dental
locations
to
see
if
I
should
switch
offices,
and
they
ALL
seem
to
have
the
same
issues
based
on
reviews.
If
you’re
with
LAUSD,
I
recommend
Delta
Dental.
I’ll
be
switching
once
enrollment
opens
up.
P.S.
AND
when
I
was
there,
I
heard
them
talking
to
another
patient
who
came
in
for
a
cleaning
and
they
had
scheduled
her
for
another
check
up.
She
said
she
had
done
the
checkup
already,
and
she
needed
a
cleaning.
So
they
rescheduled
her
again.
Just
seems
like
everyone’s
time
is
being
wasted.
So
disappointing.
