When I tell you that this Zaxby's is bangin', I mean it! I ordered the tongue torcher chicken tender basket and it was AH-MAZING! The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside! The fries were seasoned to perfection too! This location is very new and it's also very clean as well! I highly recommend this Zaxby's restaurant!

Zax sauce with the chicken tinder was so good man.my first time adding sauce to my food 10/10.must come back again and it's not too sweet

The best fast food chicken option that I've found! Way better than any of those other options out there. Great menu options! Awesome service! Each employee was very friendly. Can't wait to visit again and try another menu option!

Employees including manager don't seem to enjoy their jobs. Not a single smile on any faces and no one seemed to know how to say thank you (or sorry.) Missing chicken finger and fries and toast were cold. Floors were dirty, and trash cans full. Hardly any customers in the dining room, so they had time to clean. Disappointing visit for as sure.

Tried Zaxby's for the first time and we're so glad we did! It's so much better than that anti-human chicken place that we do not go to. The chicken tenders don't even need a sauce, but that Zaxby's sauce, though! So good! My husband got the traditional wings and they were excellent! We'll definitely be back & highly recommend it.

My sister dedicated years of her life to this ridiculous job. Now shes on her death bed because her work insurance here only covers clinics. To think if you offered better insurance she would have had more options. Zaxbys needs to do better.

They allowed another customer to yell profanities at my daughter and myself while workers did nothing. I finally had to threaten to call the police before the manager would even talk to the other customer who was obviously upset or possibly on drugs. Not sure. All I know is that it wasn't handled correctly, my daughter and I were put in a potentially dangerous situation, and no one cared. Do not go inside this store. This place is absolute trash.

Great place for high quality food without a high price. The fries are really good, they have a seasoning that takes them up a notch. Salad was bigger than I had expected and was enough for two meals. Chicken sandwich was big and juicy. Wings were really good as well.

A bit expensive, but quality wise it's good. Think of a better Chick-fil-A fried chicken and that's how good it is. The store is very clean. Which to me is impressive considering its been open for 6 years.

We went through the drive thru for my Grdaughter. She has to go at least once a week for the Chicken strips and instead of Coleslaw she gets the big toast!! I usually get a salad with crispy chicken, always a great choice!!❤❤🎉🎉🎉

I love coming here after work. Especially getting the grilled chicken sandwich or a 10 piece chicken finger. The fries are seasoned well and the food is hot. The employees are friendly as well and the place is usually clean with a freestyle machine and free refills.

Undercooked fries, that had zero seasoning, chicken was decent. Bread was a waste of bread. It’s noisy and they mumble your name over the loud speaker. Messy drink area. One drink machine leads to a long line at the drink machine because there’s a ton of choices. While a cool machine, it leads to a long line. Messy and dirty tables everywhere. The amount of fries was also pretty measly. I was surprised. But they weren’t completely done so I didn’t want them anyway. More fries today- but underdone. Look at them. They gave me a dirty zax sauce. Gross.

Cool that it came out quickly. Bad that it's absolute slop in a box.

I ordered on doordash. I'll call to let them know that there's salad mix was bad. They said that they was going to give me a refund but never did.

I’m never usually one to complain but zaxbys @ 1021 N Burkhardt Rd. Evansville IN, please explain the lack of fries… there has been more than 3 occurrences of this and I’ve asked the lady at the drive thru window for more fries (an adequate amount) and she has been rude consistently. I know one thing, I’m never going here again. Food is awful, barely cooked, the amount is nothing, no silverware or napkins, and very terrible customer service. I’ll be needing a refund for this meal.

Food wasnt hot as it should be expected. Sandwich was warm and the fried were on the cold side. Got fried pickles and they were so greasy. One thing that was amazing was the Cobb salad.

I ordered ahead for a party. They were so helpful and it was super easy to do! The food was delicious and everything was ready on time, as promised! We will definitely be using them for future events!

Just went in tonight Wednesday no one would wait on us! Time of arrival was 9pm, closes at 10pm. Three employees looked at us, but refused to wait on us or contact someone who would. Have been a loyal patron, but will be awhile before we go back. Hope they don't treat other customers like this!

First time I've ordered food because of a TV commercial!! They were advertising the Fried Asian Chicken Salad with an Egg Roll. The salad also had some asian slaw in the middle and then they drizzled a teriyaki sauce over the salad and provided 2 ample asian dressing packets and there was plenty of chicken too!! All the lettuce was fresh! It was really awesome!! I loved it!! I got it through Door Dash and the whole thing from ordering to my door was 25 minutes!! Awesome service, great food!! The chicken was real chicken, not that pieced together junk most fast places try to pass of as chicken. I'll eat their food again, for sure!

Tasty, juicy, and hot. Chicken tenders and spicy sandwich is delicious. But think they could improve the variety of their menu.

The Freestyle machine is f***ed up. I suggest avoiding the freestyle machine and going with tea, or bringing your own can. Food is always great.

My wife and my daughter love this place but I personally don't like it I think the chicken tastes weird I don't like the breading but what can I say

Quality has gone down which seems to be happening at most restaurants here in Evansville. Salad looked like it was just thrown tohether. Not appetizing Prices gone up quality going down.

Food good, but Rude mangers. My debit card wasn't working their machine but bank said card isn't problem. Literally been using, was just at atm 10 minutes prior worked. Way mangers handled was poorly.

Great food, great service, and great people. I’ve been coming here for years and they always have done a great job. One thing I wish they would do is update their opening time on Google. It says 10 and it should be 10:30.

Since they added their new breaded chicken sandwich this place has become one of my regular places to eat. Next to Chick Fil A it's the best chicken sandwich but with a faster pickup time. Consistently good every visit compared to the hole that is Popeye's.
