Dirty, very bad place. Structure jobs in the building last whole day long from morning to 9pm with huge noice, then you can hear a lot of foot step sounds around you. Of course you can hear what people are talking about through the wall. A lot of people walking around after late midnight, park your car where you can easily find in your vision to make sure it's safe. Don't trust the website, no breakfast included. However, people work in the lobby front desk are very nice, the service is good, they are always ready to help, very good.

Quite possibly the worst experience when it comes to living conditions. The curtains were ripped, the furniture had graffiti. The bed had no comforter only fitted sheets. I had better living conditions in the military. Non refundable. No customer service. Absolutely abysmal.

The front desk man was very friendly! He made us feel very welcomed! The breakfast was pleasantly filling. The room was nice for it’s price, furniture looked more modern than your average budget hotel. My only complaint is that the bed sheets had stains on them and I found multiple strands of hair in the bed sheets.

They've changed their name to Omeo Suits, the room was dirty when we checked in. They are doing construction while people are staying there. We didn't get much sleep because there was banging and drilling going on at 8am every day. This is not a luxury hotel, how can someone enjoy their vacation in the middle of construction. On top of the noise we had spiders and other bugs in the shower.

Room was beautiful. I especially like the shower. Would've liked to been able to atleast cast my phone to the TV but I can overlook that.

I stayed for a week room 115 very nice and remodeled, with Alexa and variety of channels, fridge, microwave, small cooker, your own keurig in room ,great price for 2 beds, nice shower with different presets, safety box included, breakfast could be upgraded. Only seen Keurig coffee maker and a few oats n honey crackers. Would have stayed longer, but I can't afford it. Thank you.

HORRIBLE customer service. we stayed in 2 rooms one remodeled and one older room. the old rooms are disgusting there was writing on the walls and stains everywhere. the second was a nice upgrade I didn't notice until the next morning that there was only 1 robe provided I didn't mind since I left early that day and didn't mention it to the front desk then they tried to charge me an extra 40$ for a robe that THEY didn't provide. if I had that robe I would've easily given it back to avoid this fee but instead, they accused me of taking it even after I explained that the staff only left 1 in the room to begin with. never coming back here again.

There is a lot to cover in regards to this particular property. I've stayed at many, many hotels and I haven't quite experienced such unprofessionalism. Though, I have to give a particular employee their props. He goes by Vince, and if it weren’t for him, we most likely would not have spent more than a day in this hotel. His customer service and hospitality is impeccable. If you happen to stay here, ask for him. He will make your stay as comfortable as possible. When it comes to the rooms, you get what you pay for. The rooms are a decent size, though they come without a fridge and microwave. I notice that there would always be a build up of mold in the bathroom, though a grout brush and fabuloso took care of that. Now, the property is undergoing construction, but it’s really not too loud so that’s not a problem at all. The problems come in when my boyfriend was continuously finding nails in his tires from the construction that the workers failed to clean up. He ended up spending over $1000 to fix his tires. There are lots of families here, it would be a shame if a child were to mistakenly step on one of those nails. On the same note of construction, the workers turn the water off, WITHOUT NOTICE, for hours at a time. This happened multiple times, for a couple weeks. I wouldn’t have a problem if we were given a heads up, but I’m sure you can feel how frustrated I was when I had just put conditioner in my hair, soaped up, and right as I was about to rinse off, the water goes off. It’s simply unprofessional to not send an email or call to notify hotel guests that a vital utility wouldn’t be in use. The owner told us that the water pipe had bursted, causing the water to turn off. I just find it hard to believe that the water pipes exploded every other day for 2 weeks and were fixed within 5 hours. I would rather the owner just be open and honest and apologize for their mistake in not notifying us instead of making up such an unbelievable lie. Also, they have a fruit fly infestation, they’re everywhere!!! It’s disgusting. There was a lot more going on at this motel but I think the best way to sum up this review is, you get what you pay for.

A quiet place. A little bit away from the city. Many rooms under renovation. Likely to be completed this month. Flooring was good. A bed was hard. Fridge had some leftover food by previous occupant. Moreover there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Restaurant and kohl nearby. Staff was friendly.

😠 Here is the TRUTH I checked the opinions of other people and they speak very well but "breakfast" is an exaggeration if that's what you can call it, it's just coffee and donuts, that’s all The room is small, one bed was fine but the other was old. The bathroom barely has room to close the door, it w...

👍 I stayed at this hotel for like almost 2 months. I honestly didn't expect much from it as it was listed as a 2 star hotel; thought it would be similar to a days inn. Very glad that I took this one up instead of Days Inn. They staff is great and very helpful, the rooms are nice (nothing fancy but not...
