    Pulled into sonic 6:54 pm on a Sunday night. All parking lanes orders of sonic we were told we couldn’t park, order and eat in a parking spot. All these digital parking order lanes and this sonic chooses not to use the parking order lanes? What’s the point? Tear it down? Waste of electric? Waste of money ? Also your drive thru lights don’t work can’t see the menu in the drive thru. Can’t read most signs.

    I wanted to say thank you very much to the worker and the customer in front of me in line in Drive Thru at Sonic, on Tuesday evening.🙋🏼‍♀️ You really made my night! 🙆🏼‍♀️Your amazing I will pass on the friendly gesture in time. The man in front of me paid for my meal. It was so pleasant and on a night I really really needed it🤦🏼‍♀️! THANK YOU MR NICE 🍽️ Guy! Pay it forward🌠 folks you never know what kind of day the person in front of or behind you might be having say hello , you may be making a bigger difference than you 🤔!

    I go for the burgers....I do enjoy their burgers and cherry limeade. I only wish the drive through moved faster. Most times I come I give up and leave before I manage to make it to the speaker. This time the line was shorter so I stayed but still spent a good 20mins in line. Plus I ordered a large combo but did not get a large.

    A woman came out and said the store wasn't open until 930AM. BUT on your website it say open at 8AM and it has been updated previously 6 weeks ago. Yea this location is a joke, please get better employees with better customer service. Zero stars if possible.

    Came here a few weeks ago (Aug 1st to be exact). I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal. The food was good however, I was charged $14.94 when my total was supposed to be $8.35. The girl told me $8.35 at the window as well. I called the next day to be refunded the difference. After getting the runaround I was told it would be returned in my account within 7-10 business days. It’s still not returned. I’m not hurting from the difference, it’s just the principal. Mistakes happen and I don’t have high expectations at fast food restaurants but I didn’t expect so much incompetency.

    I would give 0 stars if possible. Waited at drive thru for 25 minutes while 2 cars were in front of me. Finally an employee came out and told the car at the speaker something that sounded like sorry go ahead and pull to the window. He pulled forward, the next car pulled forward, I pulled forward and waited for another 30 or so minutes till the car that was at the speaker finally got their food. Then the car in front of me pulled to the window and drove off. I got to the window after waiting about an hour for the employee to tell me they can't take orders at the window. So I got 0 service for way too much of my time so I give 0 stars. Will not go back. Absolutely ridiculous. Went to taco bell and the food was amazing.

    Currently using a stall spot #6 to see what other places I can get food. I pressed the red button at 6:29pm at 6:45pm still haven’t even been greeted. Don’t come to this location. Go to literally any other food place.

    Went to the pull up ordering lane and after I pressed the button to let them know I was ready to order, I waited and waited and waited. I just left at that point. I don't usually patron Sonic restaurants, but the 2 times I've been to this location, I've waited several minutes and no one ever took my order. It's ridiculous. This location either needs more employees or better management. Better training wouldn't hurt!

    Slow.. waited about 5 minutes at the drive thru order soeaker beside we could place our order. Asked for a unsweetened tea and received a sweet tea. Had to repeat our order a few times, we weren't sure if yhe person got it right when we asked them to repeat it. Luckily the tea was the only wrong item. Probably won't return.

    I waited in the drive through window for my food for at least 10 min knowing my food was going to be fresh! The Pattie’s were old and hard and the fries weren’t fresh at all. I called to speak to manager before I submitted this goodie review but no one answered.

    Won't be open much longer guaranteed!!! Smh This sonic is never taking orders! Can't ever get food! Will not return, looked at the reviews and realizing it's a management problem! A bunch of my sorries and no ACTION! I hope the employees have a plan B lined up

    This is the most unprofessional establishment I've seen in north county. My order was left unfulfilled, I asked for chili cheese tots and only received cheese. My son ordered honey bbq wings that were barely tossed. Oh and to put the icing on the cake if you pay in cash they may or may not have change to give you.

    This is worst sonic in the world the employees and the manager was so rude he gave me I ask for corporate number he gave me the wrong number and wrote like a lil kid I don’t even wanna drink and eat my food I feel like they did some to it how rude they was his employe was yelling at me and ain’t give me my money throw my money back inna register ! And close the window on me with out giving me my change the manager came back in said I was being rude to his employe and didn’t wanna hear anything I had to say he was rude to

    Service has gone down at Sonic. You always have a wait. Last visit, we waited 30 minutes or longer. That's too long for popcorn chicken and drinks. It was hot, though. I had to push the button to remind them that we were waiting.

    When I drove by I thought this location was closed but my husband insisted I should drive over so I did. I saw an employee outside asked if they were open he stated “yes”. So I placed my order, when the shakes were given to me she asked if I wanted a cup holder I said no so she closed the window. I was thinking I was still waiting on my food so I sat there and waited for spoons and straws but it was taking too long so I blew and asked for some. The worker angrily handed them to me. I continued to sit while the line built up behind me waiting on my food. After about 5 minutes of sitting at the window she opens it and I ask for my food. She goes to get the bag (that had apparently been done this whole time) hands it to me without an apology or anything and closes the window. Next time you see a popular chain empty on a Saturday night please continue on to your second option.

    Why is the doors still open on this place, it’s unprofessional, food is no good, doesn’t have a open menu all day!! I’m glad I know a real sonic when I see one!!! This ONE HERE IS TRASH LITERALLY

    Today I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes after being told that they would be right with me to take my order. After 15 minutes an employee came out and asked me to pull up because the speaker and/or headset wasn’t working. I pulled up behind one single car and was there for another 10 minutes seemingly due to their order being presented incorrectly repeatedly. I got my drink and wasn’t charged - which I would’ve expected due to the wait but honestly I think it was an accident.

    I'm editing only because I wasn't expecting a reply from anyone... I do have 1 complaint... my large onion rings were replaced with mozzarella sticks, and I wasn't informed.. which did cause an Inconvenience but It looked like the young lady was by herself, so I let it go.

    Horrible experience, sad that everytime I drive all the way here they are closed, they tell you every time it’s a system update an I know that’s a lie, you don’t update a system everyday. Then today they said they close at 10 but at 9:30 they are not taking any orders because they are cleaning up. Umm u clean up when you close. They should just change their closing times if workers need to clean up before they close. Who is in charge here an letting this be ok? An please don’t give Me some generic apology…just get on top of it an do better.

    Went to order 2 Route 44 cherry lime ades. No route 44 cups so I said ok I will take 2 larges then. I get a reply, 2 large what? Are you kidding me??? Get the 2 cherry lime ades and no lime slices or cherries, This store and the management that trained these people are a JOKE! Wish I could give zero stars to match the service I received there!

    Service was excellent! The drive thru was very busy when we decided to park and eat. A young man, who just happened to be outside, came over and took our order by memory. Food arrived quickly and was very good. The young man was professional, helpfuland kind.

    Pushed the red button and waited. Was completely ignored from around 20 minutes Then someone cleared the red button. I wish I would have checked out the reviews before I stopped. What a waste of time. Actually deserves a zero. If you check my other reviews, not many have ever made me angry enough to post a negative one. If you want to eat, I suggest you skip this one.

    Going to Sonics on New Halls Ferry right off of Lindbergh was the worst experience of my life.!!! The food was cold the ham burger was not fresh taste very old could not eat it the french fries were not hot but soggy and old tasting very bad experience $10.74 just gave away. In the Drive-Thru Lane for 45 minutes and it may have been more I stopped Counting after 45 minutes. And not to be rude and just drive off like several other people did I waited in line to be treated like that to receive Food like that. Absolutely will not go back to that location again not the first time the food has been terrible I gave the place a second chance but the a third time no way definitely not!

    This is one of the better Sonics. They are understaffed but the servers are nice. But it takes some time to get your order. I always use app. when I go there. They are a little expensive. Download app. You can catch a sell now and then.
