Superb Peruvian food at Pasadena. Never seen one as good since I left Florida. Also has its own parking lot. Also, portion is very generous even more than what it appeared on menu photo. Another plus is it is right next to 85 C bakery and so you can grab some desserts as well. Would definitely visit again and please myself with fully filled belly.

Stopped by today to celebrate my nieces birthday as this is one of her favorite restaurants. Personally this was my first visit and I enjoyed it. The food was good and the service was excellent. There was only one person working the tables (it is a small restaurant) and he did a great job making sure we were taken care of. I can't recall all the dishes that everyone in my party ordered but I had the tallarines verdes con bistec which are green noodles with a Peruvian pesto sauce and a steak. My wife ordered the lomo saltado which is stir fry marinated strips of beef steak with onions, tomatoes, french fries and a side of white rice. For drinks the table ordered Inca Cola. I'll have to come back try some more dishes.

Nice little hole in the wall with good food, I tried the Loma soltado and it was good, ( I have had better, but I also had worse) On Fridays they have Loma Soltado trio, where instead of white rice you get fried rice, and you get chicken and shrimp along with the beef. Their green sauce was good, had the right amount of kick It has its own parking, and good number of seats inside and out. If you are in the neighborhood craving Peruvian food, check them out. I don't think i I would go back here, but I'll recommend to others to try if they are looking for Peruvian joint.

The dishes were so tasty and rich. Their house made sangrias were made just right. Make sure to get the yucca for your appetizer with some ceviche for your table to share. Felt like they cooked their food with love!

Love that there is a solid Peruvian restaurant tucked away in Alhambra on Main between Atlantic and Garfield. The portions are a decent size and I got the spaghetti with chicken which I would order again. It has a tomato base sauce but it's not Italian just to confirm. My friend really enjoyed the appetizer plate that had roasted chicken, tomatoes and beef heart that he enjoyed. We also got the fried rice but that was a little dry and bland. Just a heads up, you can get most dishes with either beef chicken or shrimp despite not being mentioned on the menu.

Got Bistek a la pobre. The fries looked horrific and were extremely soggy. The dish overall was bland and the rice was very dry as well. Very disappointed especially because the last time I ate here the food was great. I remember the fries being really good. But thus time, a huge swing and a miss. Those fries look like a health hazard.

Comida Peruvian sabrosa! Impressively fast service. Well-seasoned dishes! Drink specials! Indoor, outdoor seating. Small, cozy setting! Open late night! Local community sponsor and supporter!

Wow, found this place by accident, it was my lucky night, I enjoyed the filet mignon with cilantro sauce, salad comes with it, it was really good, my wife ordered tallarines with beef and it was also delicious. The place have searing inside and out on a patio, there was Latin music played on the background, a bit loud for dinner but for a Friday night it felt good, nice selection of cumbia, salsa, reggaeton and a couple odd songs would have us wanting to get up and dance. Waiters are friendly, very helpful and in general I can say this would be a regular place for us, unfortunately it's an hour drive from my house... Oh well, we will definitely come back. Thank you!!!

Mas o menos. Wish the Lomo saltado was less salty, and that the rice was less dried out. However the meat was very tender and well cooked. All in all it was still a pretty good lomo saltado. It could have been better. It could have been worse. The fries were pretty good too. We got the beef skewer appetizer and my friend loved the beef heart. Service was amazing. Great atmosphere. Small parking lot outside.

Was craving a cold salad with great taste, so I tried their House Salad. Huge delicious chicken breast, great variety of veggies on the salad, and addictive dressing. Also, fried plantains OMG. I know it's Peruvian light, but it sure made me happy. My waiter is really nice as well, and I sat outside even though it was pretty warm. Great experience, thank you.

The yuca fries are to die for, but the entree itself left something to be desired. Probably just because it's lower salt than usual. The atmosphere was very homey and felt like a homecooked meal, but wasn't super tasty. Writing this review from memory so can't really recall what was wrong but I think the meat was pretty bland.

Very good and flavorful food. Service could have been better. It was just okay. But still giving good ratings as food was well liked by the entire group.

Sampled a few dishes. The rice was a bit overcooked. Might have been yesterday's rice. The Anticuchitos were good. The lomo saltado was good but the fries were not crispy. The tallarin saltado de carne was overall good. I'll pass on the salchipapas next time and the arroz chaufa (was saturated with too much soy sauce, did not look like the picture in the menu). The drinks chicha morada and maracuya were tasty. The helado de lucuma (dessert) was delicious. Will try other Peruvian restaurants but might stop by for the lucuma.

I came for an early lunch on a Sunday and ordered the Lomo Saltado, Leche de Tigre, Anticuchitos Trio, and a Chicha Morada. The Lomo Saltado (5/5) was perfect. The meat was tender and well seasoned. The sauce was amazing on the rice. Leche de Tigre (3/5) was a little more sour than what I’m used to and the Anticuchitos Trio (3.5/5) was a little saltier than expected. I’ve never had Chicha Morada (5/5) before but damn was it delicious. It had just the right amount of sweetness. I really like this drink. Service was excellent. There’s seating inside and outside. Parking isn’t bad either—you can park in front of the restaurant or on the street.

First time here. I ordered the Lomo Saltado. The food had good flavor. They give a lot food. I was disappointed that the temperature of the food wasn't hotter especially if they just "made it". Also they had increased their prices but wasn't updated on the menu so I was a little surprised when I got the bill. Overall good food and I would go back again.

Good Peruvian spot in Alhambra. Inside is simple. The food is great. Great noodles and rice dishes. Loved the lomo saltado de carne. Service was good. There's a small parking lot in front.

I came here for the first time with high expectations for the Lomo Saltado and it didn’t disappoint. The portion is Huge and definitely shareable, but the dish itself was a bit too salty for me, as I was dehydrated for hours after my meal. Also ordered the Ceviche sampler to try and that was refreshing and tasty. Indoor and outdoor seating both available with plastic walls to separate each table which was nice. Parking lot is small but there’s also a parking lot across the street for more spots.
