Our
family
member's
journey
brought
us
to
Alhambra
Hospital.
Very
interesting
turn
of
events
after
spending
a
month
at
the
hospital
where
LMP
died.
That
was
a
horrific
hospital:
fancy,
expensive
equipment
but
our
family
member
would
have
died
had
she
stayed
there
any
longer.
We
experienced
a
Nurse
Ratchet,
the
worst
rounding
Drs.
and
departmental
Drs.,
a
terrible
hospital
director/CEO
and
a
bunch
of
professionals
acting/fighting
like
high
school
children.
Everyone
in
the
area
knows
NOT
to
go
there.
Overall,
I
will
say
Alhambra
Hospital
saved
our
family
member,
who
received
the
best
treatment
humanly
possible
here.
You
see
and
learn
a
lot
when
you
are
at
a
hospital
for
weeks.
Thank
you
to
the
Drs.:
Jah
(the
man),
Mantilla,
Liu,
Bai,
Lin,
Evans,
Cui,
Tsai,
Pak
and
a
few
others
(depts.)
who
I
forget
names
of
(sorry).
Respiratory
Angels:
Maria,
Javier,
Anthony,
MICHAEL
(who
taught
me
how
to
LS
-
other
hospitals
have
gaping
jaws
when
they
ask
me
where
I
learned
how
to
LS;
and
I've
had
to
use
it
to
save
life
again
recently),
Kathy,
pediatric
RT
and
several
others.
Nurses/CNAs:
the
nurses
are
all
wonderful
here
-
so
kind,
compassionate
and
knowledgeable.
If
I
listed
all
of
them,
it
would
fill
a
book.
Special
shout-out
to
our
Unicorn
nurse.
Physical
Therapists:
all
wonderful.
ICU:
all
wonderful.
I
got
an
eyeful
in
there.
ER:
wonderful
but
please
renovate
in
there.
Social
Worker:
setting
up
everything
post
stay.
Radiology
and
phlebotomists.
Hospital
director.
No
thank
you
to
the
Speech/Swallow
therapist
chooch.
You
should
hire
someone
new
or
add
more.
Kind
of
a
scary
looking
building
but
it's
not
about
the
equipment,
it's
the
people
that
will
get
you
through
medical
emergencies.
I
believe
they
specialize
in
respiratory
ailments
but
I
could
be
wrong.
We
are
all
so
grateful
to
you!
Our
family
member
is
reminded
every
day
-
and
they
did
make
it
on
several
vacations
now
and
is
living
large,
while
recovering.
