Came here after dinner and found they offer a happy hour discount. Bonus as I had all my kids, nieces and nephews so any discount is a bonus, but 20% off was a nice surprise. Service was pretty good too as we had a lot of orders and questions. Most of us liked the drinks and pastries and those who didn’t admitted they probably ordered the wrong thing. I would suggest a few more toppings for the pastries. The egg puffs were light and tasty but would have been over the top is they had Nutella or other toppings/dips like that.

Overall, everything was underwhelming. The drinks were very watery. I got the roasted oolong and it had no tea flavor and tasted like watered down milk. The rose drink we got had the slightest hint of rose. It was okay. The quality of the drinks here can't compare to any of the nearby tea places that offer better drinks at the same price. The basil popcorn chicken was absolutely disappointing. At first glance it looks okay but there is no fresh aroma. While the texture was somewhat there (some pieces were softer than others) there was no flavor. Even though it has some pepper, there was no flavor in the chicken. The pieces were too big so all you tasted was the batter and bland chicken. They also forgot to put in the basil which is right in the name of the dish.

Decided to get boba so while I waited in the car my bf went to this place to get ONE drink. A SIMPLE MILK TEA. They did say that it would take a while because they were "supposedly" short staffed. I've been to other boba stores with only ONE person working the store and gotten my drink in less than 10 mins. This place didn't take 15, 20 minutes. It took them 40 MINUTES to make a MILK TEA. I called my bf twice and on the last call, they EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK him if he EVEN placed an order at their store. Took them less than 5 mins to make the drink and didnt even saying anything afterwards. I understand if it's one thing to be bored at work and talk, but at least check to make sure all of your orders are complete. To forget a simple order and have a new group of people to come and go and for my bf to STILL waiting is not only unacceptable but unprofessional as well. After receiving my drink, it was mediocre. Boba tasted like it's been sitting for more than a day and didn't even taste all that sweet. The tea could've been better. To even prove my point about the boba being OLD here is a photo of the boba in a giant DISGUSTING clump.

Nice experience. The food was delicious and the drink was so good too. The basil popcorn chicken is a must try. Loved the ambiance, the location is great too. Just a little bit on the pricey side for a boba place.

Waited in line for about 15 min to place an order (6 people were ahead of me), and waited about 8-10 minutes for my drink to be made (Earl Grey Milk Tea with 30% ice). The wait felt a bit long, but I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area. I really liked the Earl Grey Milk Tea. I wasn't expecting it to be as sweet as it was, but I like sweet milk teas so it was great ^^;;

First time visited this bubble tea place. Didn't know that they have quite a few of stores in the bay area. The place is clean, they have quite a lot of selection of drinks and they also sell snack kind of food. Prices are moderate, almost the same as other similar buble tea places that's been open everywhere now. The ambient of this place is nice for hanging out and relax with family/friends

Came to here to try a drink out since we were walking around the area. There are many spaces to sit with their large booths. They have a number of drinks to choose from. I ended up choosing a Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba and it was just meh. The milk tea was a little too milky, whereas the tea was weak. It just wasn't the best combo. There was absolutely no jasmine flavor to my drink, usually Jasmine will give a light floral taste to your drink but it didn't have that at all. My cousin got a Wintermelon Milk Tea and it wasn't good at all. Our group had a small taste of his drink and we all agreed that it straight up tasted like fruity pebbles, which doesn't taste like wintermelon at all. My cousin liked his drink because he loves fruity pebbles. But if you're expecting wintermelon milk tea and it doesn't taste like it at all, it would be pretty disappointing.

Nice place to have good bubble tea drinks and relax. Their basil popcorn chicken is so good! Staffs are very friendly.
