Ice cream is made while you wait, using nitrous. It's to die for. It's so creamy and delicious

This is a MUST if you’re visiting St Louis! It’s a science experiment gone totally right. They mix the ice cream right in front of you with liquid nitrogen! It’s smooth, delicious, cold … what more could you ask for?? I had the rocky road and it was what dreams are made of. Tell ‘em I sent you… they won’t have a clue what you’re talking about but we’ll all have a good laugh!

When we arrive it was somewhat empty. So we didn't have to wait. It is very unusual way ice cream was made. But the result was amazing. Ice cream was just right for my taste, not as sweet as TedDrews and very soft and flowing. We loved the experience and will be back again when visiting botanical garden or in the neighborhood.

If you ever in the area, make sure to check out Ices Plain & Fancy. The ice cream is simply AMAZING! They have an alcohol infused treat if that’s something you like. The staff was super friendly, fun and very patient as we made our choices. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed. ❤️

Butter Pecan all the way! Delightful heaven for the ice cream connoisseur young and those over 21 ;-) . Excellent menu diversity and attentive staff. A must-visit for locals and Saint Louis visitors. I'll be back!

The Campfire S'mores ice cream is one of the greatest things I've ever eaten in my life. I'm talking world class experience. They use a smoke infuser gun that really makes it taste and smell like campfire s'mores. Can't recommend it enough.

Worth the wait! This ice cream was so smooth and delicious! It was cool to see it made right in front of you from real ingredients. Those folks were hopping! Tip well my friends!

When the line is out the door you know it’s gonna be good. Sure you might wonder “maybe they’re just slow”? And, yeah, their process of making each order by hand takes a little bit longer, but man it’s worth it. Fun vibe of everyone that was there, neighborhood was cool too. Staff were hustling and bustling but they were all nice. Choices vary and I think they mix it up. Plus they have liquor infused choices if you’re into that.

This was such a great hidden gem! They make the ice cream literally in front of you using nitrogen! It’s fascinating their process and they seem to have it down as an art! A very efficient staff. I got a boozy nitro ice cream based on an “old fashioned.” IT WAS INCREDIBLE!! Tasted just like an old fashioned but ice cream. Still came with a cherry and orange peel as well. If you are hesitant then don’t be. Just go for it because this place is worth it and worth the money!

Literally the finest quality ice cream, flash-churned to order using liquid nitrogen. It is amazing had the berry explosion! Blackberry/blueberry ice cream topped with berry whipped cream, shattered blackberries and fresh berries on top made it non-dairy( so many options!) Also tried the dreamsicle, vanilla ice cream(non-dairy) with fresh squeezed orange juice in it! Amazing! Try this place asap… A lot of flavors are seasonal.

Nitro made ice cream, made right in front of you. Pretty great flavors, plus have boozy ice cream too!

I really enjoyed my nitro ice cream and will definitely be back to try other flavors.

Such a good time at Ices tonight! They have curbside pickup which is super easy and contactless. You order online and they’ll come out and call you when ready. Ice cream is super fresh & light tasting. I loved the cherry ice cream flavor & mint! You can also choose non dairy base if you prefer!

Such cool flavors! And they mix up the ice cream in front of you with their liquid nitrogen, and it makes the ice cream so smooth! The Butter Pecan ice cream had SO many pecans! The Sump Coffee ice cream was so rich and strong (no bitterness!), it almost tasted like there was some chocolate in it (there was not). Some freaking good ice cream, so make the trip and don’t pass it by!

Should've owned stock when this place first opened!!! So fun to watch AND delicious. Vegan options. Dog cones! Boozy treats! Local collabs with Breweries and restaurants. Good sizes for prices. Strawberry cheesecake ice cream… thee best! So fresh and the Graham crackers at the bottom taste like a cookie lol

The mint chip was so good here! This little neighborhood establishment has some of the most amazing ice cream you'll find anywhere! The method of preparing is unlike anything I've ever seen! This place was recommended by my buddy who lives in the area and is one where you go if you want to try something that the locals know and love!

Years ago in D.C. I went to another ice cream place with a similar style of making the ice cream to order and with nitrogen. When I found this place close to me we had to try it. I was not let down. Ice cream was oh so good. There's just something about fresh ice cream. They even have ice cream with booze for those adults. Ice cream lovers must try this place. We will be back.

Definitely a cool place that’s for sure… High quality ingredients, solid flavors and they made, smoked the ice cream right in front of us!!! I mean that’s pretty legit.

It's one of those places that's so good that I never wanna try new flavors, because that'll make deciding what to get even more excruciating. The cookies & cream is the best I've ever had, and the boozy "Frozen Dude" will be the tastiest thing that's ever given you a buzz. An absolutely gorgeous space, and a wonderful spot of the city for going on a little ice cream walk. I love every part of it 👌👌

I absolutely love this location and their ice cream. Great environment with a local/small biz / neighborhood feel. Taste and product quality is excellent. Everything made fresh on demand and they’re fast about it. Cannot recommend them enough. My #1 ice cream pick in St Louis, hands down.

Such a cute place and delicious ice cream! We tried the boozy and the regular and they were delish!! I had the Ancho and Lefty and my husband had the rocky road. Will definitely stop back in when we're in the area!
