This is my first time coming here as I was taking my Grandma to get her knee looked at due to some pain she has been feeling over a period of months. Immediately when I entered the second floor it was incredibly loud and staff were shouting at patients! Most of the patients are elders and it was very distressing to me to see them being treated in such an aggressive manner. The staff at the front desk seemed extremely stressed out and I can understand how disorganization and multitasking would irritate our essential workers but it should not get to this point. It makes me dread having to go through this treatment in my old age when I ultimately have to. Despite the situation, a young male nurse who assisted us was very kind and respectful towards us. He had limited time with us just like the rest of the staff but he made sure to be kind and respectful towards us and that made this trip just a little better. The doctor we saw was quick to tell us what he wanted to say and it seemed like he was in a rush to leave. Overall impression was not very good. It seems like they care about getting everything done rather than caring about each individual that walks in here properly. Props to the kind young nurse who made this visit just a bit better!

This is the first time my mom visited the office. I am not available to attend since I am out of state so I participated by phone/facetime. The immediately asked me to get off the phone. They said all electronic recordings are prohibited. I told them that I wasn't recording. I just wanted to be there for my mom to support her. They didn't listen and insisted either we make another appointment so I can fly there to be there in person or I need to get off the phone. I had to get off the phone. Then, when the doctor came, he didn't explain why my mom's problem was that way. His information was short and limited and he just brushed us off. The whole visit was unprofessional and unpleasant! I would not recommend anyone to visit this office.

I have stage 4 colon cancer and everytime I called , even to reschedule, the staff was polite, professional and, courteous. I was there for a C T scan for my colon, intestinal cancer. They were very gentle caring and helpful with making sure I was as comfortable as they could have me feel. If I need another CT scan in the future, I hope my oncologist refers me to this facility. It's very trying to take care of patients at their worst time of their lives and the staff there handles patients perfectly. Thank you again . George Chavez Lahabra ca. just get out from arguing with the reception 3rd flor #302... I just asked for a musk since i forgot mine (this is happened 2/3 times honestly) the answer form a mexican woman ( i do not know the name and i do not want to know) behind the desk its been so rude and inappropriate, " we can not give to you musk all the time"... well.. First of all : Why she CAN NOT give to me a musk? it is about money or personal? Second of all : I did around 6/8 therapy over there and she ever never dressed a musk, why? she is immune she is a superwoman or what ? no one never noticed that she never dressing the musk? Just give the mush and stop it why you have to argue for something like that? i pay to have the service and i think they have spare musk just for the purpose to give them to whom need it.. so rude inappropriate and no professional at all, ever never put my feet in there

Dr Johnathan Chang is the best orthopedic surgeon in the world.i got surgery back on april 2008. Im currently playing soccer fullerton college. his Surgery still holding Good It was an ACL left knee cadaver graft replacement im gonna get my screw remove soon :) Thanks Garfield staff.

I took my mother here to see what they can do for her lower back pain and the experience is not that great. The receptionists are a bunch of dingus with zero communications skills and it took a while for them to realized that we do have a appointment with somebody. The latina lady who handle our paper is not too bad, she was a little bit more patient with us and make sure that she got my mother's medical history correct. The doctor we saw is whatever, he felt distant and basically told her "here take some meds, do therapy and come back if it doesn't work, bye". I dread ever coming here for back pain treatment when I get old and need it eventually.

My first visit was 1 month ago, and today was the follow up. They are very busy, but the time in the waiting room is no more than 15-20 minutes. My PA was Johnny Lim. He was professional, thorough and very personable. He addressed every aspect of my injury and took the time to listen carefully, and answer my questions. All in all, my injury was addressed and taken care of very efficiently.

Why am I not surprised. They are rude and lack even a decent case of professionalism from the staff. I really wonder if the doctor's know or even care about the complaints from patients about their staff's service. I got a "Oh Come on, really?" When I asked why I didn't get a call back as promised.

very bad service especially doctor John chang I have been with him for 4 months and he has only checked my knee once the following visits he only asks me questions and does not examine me and when I ask him what my diagnosis was he told me it was arthritis and previously I he had said it was osteoarthritis when I asked him why he had changed he only told me that it is the same which is not true when I told him that we should talk about my illness he refused

I've been coming here for almost half a year due to a broken finger. They seem like they care but the staff is overwhelmed and half of the time they don't complete their side of the paperwork or keep you waiting for hours just to tell you they can't see you. BEWARE YOU WILL LOSE TIME AND MONEY HERE!!! I don't recommend coming here. 👎🏽

Recently, I fell and had an ankle injury, and I went to see DR. LE. Through his wonderful guidance and support, my ankle improved very quickly. Dr Le is truly an expert in his craft, he explained everything in detail and always made me feel very comfortable. I am always so glad to see Dr Le and I highly recommend him to my friends and family

Was referred by Dr Lam to see Dr Hsiao and had severe back pain for years. I came in and was seen right away and surprised. Very good service and helpful! I didn’t have an appointment and was able to see Doctor right away. Would highly recommend. Dr Hsiao took his time to explain my nerve pinching pathology and we went over all the options. Thank you!!

I fell and fractured my spine and had severe pain i couldn't walk and was worried i would not walk againbut Dr Mark Hsiao and team help me the whole way. Good service and courteous. Meticulous and awesome! Now i can walk and back to life. He is am excellent surgeon

Perfect! Dr Mark Hsiao did surgery for me and I had a great office and surgery went well. I fell and hurt my hip and he explained everything and took care of all conditions. Now I am back gardening and doing rehab. Thank you!!! Postoperative care went as expected and Dr Hsiao takes you through process. Dr Chen also help me with my thumb pain! I recommend pacific ortho associates! Great staff and good service. Dr Yang was very good to me and saw him several time. Dr Hsiao saw me for my severe debilitating neck pain and now I am better. Great office!

Dr Hsiao did surgery for me and help me a lot. He takes his time and explain all options and went over surgery and expectations. Postoperative he helps you through the whole process. And his team is great and the physical therapist help a lot. I like the front desk slotThank you!

I like see Dr Tam who help my right hip fracture and surgery went good. Very detail and takes time. I also see Dr Mark Hsiao. I came recommended to see back problem he went over all the risks and postoperative expectations. Dr Hsiao did my lumbar microdisectomy all went very well. Thank you now I am happy and I recommend my friends. The office staff and front desk friendly and go out there way. I can't wait to start physical therapy

Good service! I love coming to see Dr Mark Hsiao he gave me both options and make my knee feel better already. He has a great staff Diana and Brand an and takes his time. Dr Mark Hsiao is one of the best surgeons and I high recommend him. The office is clean and efficient and X-ray is good. I go to their physical therapy department.

My mom fell and fracture her left hip. Surgery was successful and her rehab is going very well. Dr Mark Hsiao is great she came and took care of my mom and we thank him so much. Highly suggest wish we would have found him earlier.

The front desk staff are unprofessional and not well trained. Phones ring all day and they never answer. It’s very difficult to communicate via the phone with staff. Witnessing in person, the office is really busy however the front desk staff lack management skills of that lobby. The office needs to offer better training and someone needs to oversee that things are running smoothly. One Physician claimed awareness of this. Highly encourage training of front desk management and professionalism manners.

All about money!!Dr.P.A.Peak was good. I went in for broken ankle Dr.Luve (american name)said my surgery would be simple procedure 3small repares, when i was in the Hospital ready for surgery he told me a hole different story, he put screws and a plate in,my foot looks awful.I know im going to have bad scares on the inside&outside of my foot.I called him a lier to his face, AVOID THIS PLACE...Read the reviews...it's bad very bad...
