Worst customer service EVER. Been dealing with this insurance provider for a while now. Most unprofessional group that I've ever had to deal with. From horrible customer service, unprofessionalism, even speaking with their UN representatives and Managers...NO ONE ever gets back to you. They will refer you to their network of doctors (doctors may i add that don't 'have good credibility), you contact doctors (obviously i have not choice) and these location and they are either no longer in service or not accepting patients. Why would you refer people to your in network of doctors knowing they cannot take you. They are an extremely limited of variety of doctors/specialist to choose from Please do yourselves a favor and try any other insurance than Allied Pacific of IPA!!! These people will waste your time, money and patience.....WORST insurance providers ever.

Currently trying to get my father life-saving procedures with Allied Pacific and it’s been a month and we still can’t get approval for this URGENT procedure. DO NOT sign up for this IPA. All the other reviews are right. I wish I did more research on healthcare for my parents before they got sick. We came from Taiwan where we grew up with universal healthcare and it’s been impossible to explain how this healthcare system work. I can’t fathom how anybody successfully navigate through this system for the care they need and want while dealing with the stress of life and grief. STEP UP YOUR GAME, ALLIED PACIFIC! Put people over profits, even just a little bit!

This issue is directed to the Urgent Care Center located in Monterey Park office. Caution! This place has threatened to give a steroid injection based on FEELING and not based on medical treatment. Took my 81-year-old Mom in for a severe itch with red dots on 7/11/22. The provider on duty was Ms. Xuanzi Lin, NP-C who diagnosed my Mom along with a nurse named Adriana as a team. They don’t want to hear your input or be challenged. We heard Xuanzi Lin throw/slam a clipboard on the counter after leaving our patient room with an attitude. She called us rude when confronted with a clipboard issue. And to downplay and protect her superior, nurse Adriana claimed that she was the one that slam the clipboard and pursue to instruct me back into the patient room only to yell at us and shouted "I haven’t drank water all day and not in a good state of mind. I might not be able or want to give your Mom her shot!" Another even harder door slammed. I demanded to see the camera which will reveal their rudeness behavior. Suddenly everyone got quiet and disappeared. The administrator said she would report the incident to Nick Kwan, the head of the facility, and will give us a call the next day with camera footage. But still no response up till today (7/14). From the top to the bottom rank, no one is responsible for anything, and no consequences for their unacceptable actions. Very unprofessional, unkind, and unethical in their job. And certainly will not apologize for their mishandling. Go in at your own risk but expect to wait a long time and come out feeling worse than you going in. It’s sad to see our medical system is comprised of these individuals. The reason I am giving one star is to praise nurse Angela for her administering the injection with compassion and follow thru my Mom's wellbeing.

Allied Pacific IPA and any of their other medical groups under Network Medical Management almost any that starts with (Alpha, Greater, La Salle, Beverly, Emanate, Pacific, Access, Community) wholly owned under Apollo Med are a dis-service to the medical profession and community. They are in it just for the money. Even their doctors believe the network is more contractual than their professional opinion. All referrals within network are forced and contractual. Any referrals out of network will be denied, EVEN if the doctor believes going out-of-network is in the patients best interest! Any major hospital where you will need better specialist will be denied, (USC Keck, Children's Hospital, UCLA, City of Hope, Cedar Sinai, UC Irvine, Huntington, Kaiser). Do not be fooled by their physical presence in the community. Do not let their "we are the community, we speak your language" fool you either. It is just marketing to get more people to enroll. If I can give zero stars I would. DO YOUR RESEARCH, DO NOT ENROLL WITH ANY OF THEIR MEDICAL GROUPS!!!!!

The worst medical group that takes advantages of patients with corrupt and toxic referrals who either have 30 days to 6 months appointments or located 10-30 miles away for specialists. In addition, lengthy authorizations and its customer services are hateful, disrespectful and toxic. STRONGLY NOT recommend Allied Pacific to anyonefor health reasons!!

I made many times phone call to Allied Women's Health Center for women annual physical exam appointment. After I keep trying for months, I finally get one but the appointment day. I get another doctor check for me without telling me. They give me paper for Ultrasound but they didn't get authorization for me. Horrible, horrible, horrible services. I will change medical group.

They are withholding my father’s transfer and causing a 2 day delay and counting of needed medical attention. They have terrible communication and only know to transfer left and right to avoid a patient’s family member’s frustration and questioning. Allied Pacific needs to be audited for their lack of urgency. Definitely not staying with this terrible network and for sure if any more serious conditions happens due to their lack of communication and urgency they will get their served justice.

This review is mainly for one of their doctors offices Dr Tuan D. Le they don't particularly care how doctors in their medical group practice medicine. I went in because I was having a problem with my foot they ordered an x-ray when I got to the place. There's no x-ray technician working that day. I return the next day just to find out that the girl in Dr. Tuan De Le did not get an authorization for the x-ray and since they're closed in between 12:00 and 3:00 I couldn't get a hold of anybody to correct the situation The sad thing is I called them just to figure out which urgent care to go to and the girl convinced me to come in just to waste my time. They're the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to. Trust me, this place is dirty and they're very unprofessional and allied Pacific doesn't care how their doctors act.

Most of the call representatives are nice and they try their best to help whenever I call. Only representative I have an issue with is OLGA. She said she was busy and she had 6 callers head of me so she couldn't get the "courtesy verbal consent" that I've been getting with other representatives. Since when making three-way call was a courtesy for member??? So I redialed the number and guess who picks up right away? Olga. I thought u had 6 callers ahead of you?? Maybe you are just being lazy because office close in 30 minutes?? Anyways, I was able to resolve the issue with Carrie ( hope I spelled it right) within 5 minutes. I spoke to Carrie couple times and she is professional and knowledgeable.

No urgent cares available in my area even thought they are listed with Blue of CA. My doctors that are in plan are non-responsive. Phones go to voicemail and no call backs.

I can't believe my medical card agency has such a low score. I'm disgusted that I would ask for insurance to switch GP places.

Would give this place a zero star these insurance don't care about people's health or your well-being it's medical a government paid program which you would think it would be a better choice very disappointing in our government. This insurance take forever to give authorization and do to this I had kidney stones and they took so long for the referral I lost my kidney had to have it removed..

I can not with this group. Apparently they aren’t contracted with ANY urgent cares in the state Pasadena CA area. I can not get a hold of anyone from the group either. Even my doctor’s office said this group is very difficult

Moved back to the area after spending most of my life in N.NV and thought Washoe county had horrific medical groups, but Allied Pacific IPA takes the cake. Been trying to get seen by a Neurologist due to a failed cervical disc replacement and spinal fusion I had in 2018 in Reno Nevada with loose hardware since August of this year, still have not been seen. Unacceptable. Your reviews say it all.

They never return any call back, they have a poor system wich MD's names and phone#s from providers are not updated. They can't answer questions if they call you for something else if your lucky they call you! They are a complete mess.

I work at another ER, and the answering service person wished MY children bad health only because we wanted the pt to be admitted at our hospital instead of waiting 5 hours for THEM TO SET UP an ambulance transfer.....

I've waited for 2hrs on queue then when it my turn, they never speak. Worse Medical Group I have been experience.
