It is great to finally have a portal where one can schedule appointments and check lab results. It's also awesome to have a live agent to be chatting with, and be able to resolve issues almost immediately. The part that is not ok - I have to repeat over and over again, and send my information multiple times, pics of front/back of insurance cards and all that, considering that this was once done and I was assured my issue will be taken care of. Customer center - needs better focus on daily tasks...

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Millet's ever since she hit the NICU unit 14 years ago. She is amazing my daughter loves Dr Millet and every time we had to go for a visit, regardless if it was just a check up. She was always happy to see her. The staff is amazing and very caring... We have been extremely lucky to have such an awesome Dr and staff that truly care about their patients... thank you!

WE LOVE THIS PLACE. Best doctors and great staff. We see Doctor De Silva and she has the best bedside manners and extremely knowledgeable. She saw our older son for possible head injury from basketball. She was careful and explained what we need to do for the 24 hours. Thank you Doctor De Silva we appreciate you and your staff.

Doctor Snyder is an excellent pediatrician. He had taken care of my baby since birth; he had always provided great care with best solutions when i had no clue what to do when my baby needed medical attention, offers quick appointments! He's been always available to reach out in emergency situations, gives relief to parents when in doubt, he's the best!

Overall medical staff is fantastic. Admin team from the scheduling department to the billing department is subpar. Appointments are made by an agent, which sounds like a call center. Being part of a larger medical group has its many advantages, but you've lost the personal touch of being in a smaller setting. I would give it a zero, is I possibly can. Our medical team was absorbed by KT Doctor in 2017. Half the patients left, as well as the medical team. That is a red flag.

Everyone at the office is great. I’m satisfied with their service and my kids are always well taken care of when they visit.

Best doctor. I am extremely happy to have found Dr. Vargas in San Fernando because he listens to my concerns and takes every precaution to make sure my babies are perfectly healthy. He is so kind and caring and extremely professional, he educated me every visit I have had. I’m happy to have also switched my 5 year old over to him. Staff made that so easy that they deserve a shout out too. They aren’t like any other doctors office. We love our doctor and staff ♥️

Dr.Lee is very detail-oriented and cheering. My son is more willing to listen to her, so happy to meet such a nice doctor!

Fabulous, I have 5 kids and have been in California for 2 years and this is, hands down, the best, well run pediatrician's office I have ever stepped foot in. Staff and providers were phenomenal, engaging and knowledgeable. They made my son and I feel welcomed. Kudos

Staff is always kind and we're always seen very quickly. When I call I'm able to make an appointment for the same day. Very grateful to have Kids & Teens Medical Group nearby - particularly since not many places surprisingly don't take Medi-Cal.

I love this office and so do my granddaughters. I have gone to other offices and the experience was not good. The staff at the mission hills office are always friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful when I have questions. I have no problem getting an appointment right away. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family. Thank you Paula Bravo

We are so thankful to have found kids & teens and Dr. Martin Fineberg! He is so calm and attentive and kind, and I never feel rushed or like a question I have is silly. The nurses are also delightful and sweet! When you call the office you easily can talk to a human, and it’s easy to get an appointment same day if needed! They also have a lab at the clinic which is so convenient. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that sometimes the wait for your appointment is a bit long. But the care is so much better than where we were before!

Dr. Lee was patient, understanding and so informative for this first time momma and her babygirl. Appreciate her breaking down information on daughters test results and her follow up!

Dr Barbara Rodriguez, has seen my kids since little toddlers, such an amazing doctor always made sure my concerns were taken care of! now my kids are no longer kids we need to find doctor for both of them 20 and 21 year old, It’s so sad we have to part ways. I can definitely recommend her to parents that need that care like family. She’s so amazing also the staff super friendly and helpful with everything… will definitely miss you alll ❤️

I have always had great experiences with kids & Teens Medical Group. I go between La Cañada and Pasadena locations depending on availability. My younger two kids were seen today at the Pasadena location. I find the online appointments convenient, but since I needed two seen I initiated a text appointment. They responded within 5 minutes and accommodated the time I requested. Dr. Rodriguez was kind, listened to my concerns and gave helpful suggestions.

Wonderful Workers and Doctors at this location. I was thrilled they were able to give my baby an appointment so soon after my previous appointment was canceled at the Arcadia location. The office isn't that freezing like other doctors offices. And they have an after hours emergency care thankfully haven't needed it yet but it's Wonderful to know that they have it available.

Highly-qualified, quality care from all pediatricians and staff. Late appointments are available plus there facility is open Saturdays. Dr. Rodriguez was really great with my kids, and Dr. Fineberg was also great he answered all my concerns didn't brush under the rug like most pediatrician do. Definitely 5 stars I'm recommending to all family members and friends. Also the staff super nice and knowledgeable that another plus

It was my daughters first visit with Dr. Barbara Rodriguez. My daughter and I were so happy with this visit. Ms. Adriana, Ms. Blanca and Dr. Rodriguez were absolutely wonderful and very professional and proficient on all matters. The clinic is so clean and well maintained. Very pleased with the entire visit and experience Thank you for being so welcoming. It's been awhile since I've truly been able to express such a pleasant Dr. visit😁

Dr. Barbara Rodriguez is caring, knowledgeable, thorough, answers all questions without judgment and in a way you can understand. I recommend this physician to everyone. The only problems I have is with the patient portal, online booking of appointments and online paperwork. The appointment I made online was not registered with the clinic, and the forms I filled out weren’t received.

I really like Dr. Rodriguez. I’ve seen her a few times with my infant daughter. Most recently my daughter was sick, had pink eye, and was having digestive issues. I was freaking out. Dr Rodriguez put me at ease. She’s quick and to the point but really thorough and always willing to listen to my questions or concerns and offer helpful explanations and solutions. I trust her judgment and really appreciate her. The reason this review is 4 stars is because there is 1 or 2 girls at the front desk which seem a bit grumpy when I’ve gone in , it’s not a big deal it’s just not necessarily something I would rate as 5 stars because of this.

This was not a good fit for me and my family. Dr Rodriguez always seemed to be in a hurry when I brought my newborn in. It took a long time for referrals. I was charged $150 for a weekend urgent care visit but my insurance copay is only $30. My insurance card clearly has urgent care copays printed on it. Though I notified the office 6 months ago that I changed my children to another pediatric office I keep getting text, email and phone reminders for appointments I never scheduled. They have an automatic scheduling program for follow up and physicals. May work for some. Didn't work for me.

Dr. Snyder has been our doctor for about 7 years now, and he is certainly the kindest and most considerate doctor in existence! He always listens to your questions and takes time to respond; he is not one of those doctors who rushes you along or who makes you feel stupid for asking something. He puts time and care into his patients. I can’t recommend Dr. Snyder enough, and actually just recommended him to another friend tonight.

Appointment with Dr. Le on 6/15 @10:40 via TeleHealth she was Rude and Unprofessional. My 12 year old Daughter tried to explain her Symptoms Dr.Le said" If we had a Magical pill for Coughing we would be Rich" WOW very Pathetic for a Pediatrician to say to a Sick 12year old. This post would be ery long if I list every Rude Statement that was made

We love Dr. Snyder. We’ve been seeing him for several years. He’s very kind, attentive and caring. Always a wonderful experience when seeing him at both the West Hills and Agoura offices.

Dr. Proum is great! Wish she could of been my sons pediatrician from the start so glad I changed his old to her! Staff is friendly as well! And quick to respond for setting up appointments
