I really enjoy this location with parking availability. Extremely nice staff .Open late in comparison with other location. Best of all I found 2 great massage therapist .

I made an appointment for my wife. Due to Los Angeles traffic, we were unable to make it to the appointment. I called massage envy in South Pasadena to re schedule and the receptionist stated, "unfortunately, we have to charge you because this is considered a no call no show." that is why I called! I called as soon as I was notified by my wife. it is unfortunate that they did not understand. I will not be back that is for sure. If this was communicated when I made the phone appointment, I would have taken a different approach. communication is key! You are in the customer service industry.

It's always a great experience when im able to have George as my masseuse. The front desk seems kind of lost. The previous front desk people were friendlier and actually interested in your experience. I feel the new people at the front desk definitely need a lesson in how to conversate and showing interest in their clients... George 5 stars, front desk 3 star, which averages a 4 star experience...

My therapist finished the massage 5 minutes early. I wouldn't complain if the prices were not so expensive. However, for 70 dollars plus 10 dollar tip, I would expect excellent customer service. Not with the hype.

The front desk woman was lovely, and did not pressure me for a membership, which I appreciated. Caleb, my therapist, was nice, but he was a few minutes late, and works EXTREMELY slowly, so ran out of time in an 80 minute session before he could get to my shoulders, which, to me, is essential to a basic massage. He didn’t address anything I wrote on the questionnaire, which made me wonder why I took the time to complete it. The room was freezing, the table linens smelled strongly of detergent (I strongly recommend using unscented to accommodate sensitive clients) and there was no hot towel at the end. It was certainly not a waste of money, but it wasn’t ideal.

Currently in the Navy/Submarine Service stationed in Groton, CT. The racks on board are horrible, back is wrecked...yada yada yada. Anyways. got the chance to take some leave and come home. This place just opened up, being always in search of something new, I checked it out. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the very friendly receptionist. Ask what you're looking for in a massage, have you fill out a questionnaire to better understand your needs. After you're done with the check-in you're guided to the spacious tranquility room. This place smells NEW! Theres cucumber water standing by also. Now for the massage, best massage you will ever have! Jessica is incredible. She takes the time to get to know where your problem areas are, and works wonders on all your knots. Very professional. You won't be disappointed!

Everyone is friendly, and truly care about you. My Massage Therapist Joana is the best! She has that magical touch. She also makes sure you are comfortable and will ask if the pressure is fine and remembers your past visits and will ask how you are feeling and if she should focus on that/those area(s). You can tell that she honestly cares about you and loves what she does. After my session I always feel like I’m on Cloud 9, totally refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated all at the same time! Alberto was very respectful and professional. He had amazing hands that exerted the right amount of pressure needed. I went in due to severe back pain and came out feeling like I could actually walk again. Highly recommended!

Maria is highly recommended bc she goes beyond her duties. I went to see her in hopes of avoiding a doctor visit, and she helped me release the tension that's been built up in my body and educated me about stretches/exercises I can do to help myself. One more visit with her should put me in the pathway towards physical well being, then I look forward to maintaining this practice.

Everything was perfect. The lady at the front desk who checked me in & out was very nice and helpful. My therapist Hector was wonderful. Great technique and very professional. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Peaceful ambiance and yummy tea selection. :)

I had Marc as my massage therapist and he had Great customer service, great conversationalist, he listened to me about my back problems and continued asking me if the deep tissue was hurting. By the time the hour was done my sciatic pain was gone. I got this massage as a gift but I’m definitely considering a membership after the service

This Massage Envy location has the best customer service. They are very welcoming and provide the most relaxing experience. I recommend Joana if it will be your first time visiting. She does all kinds of pressures, and will find areas in your body that you didn’t think needed some kneading. 😄

Alberto is by far one of the best masseurs Massage Envy has. He listened to what I needed and gave me easily my top 3 massages of all time. I came in with a migraine and I left feeling like a whole new person. He is a true healer! The front desk team is always great and welcoming too at this location!

Caleb was excellent. I've been getting massages for yrs @ Massage Envy and this was the 1st time I walked away completely satisfied with my massage. He applied the exact correct amount of pressure to all my sensitive areas. Being someone who suffers from RA I have specific areas of concern. I will definitely return and request Caleb again.

Frequent client at this location for approximately 2 years. Hector is the therapist I request, due to positive interaction and good results. The facilities are clean and the only area for improvement is the have the treatment rooms have lighting/dimming not flicker and the face head cushioning checked more often.

I had a great session with Erin. I cannot believe I have been seeing her for more than 2 years! She has not only helped to alleviate aches from sitting at a computer all day, but she has educated me on stretches I can do during the day to prevent muscle tension. Erin has also taught me how to better communicate my needs when receiving a massage. We joke that it’s not a good massage when I’m in pain and would prefer not to be!

My experience at So. Pas Massage Envy was positive from start to finish. The lobby staff were friendly and professional, providing clear information. The atmosphere is also just right. Alberto made me feel very comfortable and paid attention to details of our pre massage conversation. He went over specifics of my concerns and provided me with an excellent massage. I came in mentioning stress and heartbreak and needing to relax and feel better, and she proceeded to tell me about her uncle’s recent death and her son’s anxiety and their family trips. It was so much talking and it was not what I needed. I tried to respond with very little engagement to show I wasn’t interested, but then she went on to the next topic. There was a period near the middle where she wasn’t talking, but I felt like instead of kneading my bad energy out of me, she rubbed hers into me. It was a real bummer. I generally have a great experience here, though it was my first time with this massage therapist. The massage itself was good and could have been so much better without all of the distractions.

Big fan of this massage envy location! The front desk girls are always so sweet and on top of it. I love their waiting area. And Alberto is my favorite massage therapist! He adjusts based on my needs each visit really well and always has the right amount of pressure.

Can’t even explain how wonderful I felt after my facial. I believe Yolanda was the one who did my facial. She explained everything she did and put on my face. She recommended items I should try on my face but I didn’t purchase because they were a bit too pricey. The room I was taken into was very clean and well kept. Had relaxing music playing and the room was dim. I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait to be seen. For it being my first time there, I had to fill out an online questionnaire about my skin and my health. Definitely recommend it!!!
