    The bald head of customer service is a trash you know. I went rent a box truck, and he didn't let me rent. And then I went another person of customer service; its work, I rented that truck. When I came back to return the truck, the bald head comes and go to check the car. I didn’t no what’s wrong with him. He deducted over $60 extra charges from me. And then I went the other worker; he said that the 60 more dollars was wrong. After one hour they told me that I can get the money back but I will need to wait for couple days.

    I think Home Depot is great, this review is about their pick up service. I purchased some items online. I arrived at the store after receiving notice my order was ready. I drove to the store only to wait 30 minutes in the customer service line. It’s the same line as the returns. If I hadn’t already paid I would have just picked up my items myself, it would have taken 10 minutes tops. Don’t make my mistake, don’t use this service it sucks.

    So disappointed, very mis-leading to the customer,...I believe this is more of a corporation wide complaint,...but I could not find a comment section on the main website...I was working on a project and wanted to purchase this piece of wood which displayed a price of $5.90..to my surprise the price at register was almost $15 with tax...I have a credit card with home Depot and still didn't purchase it...all I want is honesty...let the customer make the decision up front instead of trying to swindle them...so tired 😩 of this...I walked out and went to Ace Hardware in South Pasadena...

    On September 14, 2022, I spoke with the Home Depot live chat about returning a Behr paint that claims to be 1 coat coverage and they expressed that they could do a return in-store if I was not completely satisfied. Additionally, I called the store and spoke to a manager about it to make sure they could do a return before I went in person and they were extremely helpful and said that they could. Once I go into the store at approximately 6:35-6:45 pm the man at the service desk (heavy-set with glasses, did not get a name) said they could not do the return because I used it. Obviously, I used it which is why I was not satisfied. He spoke to the paint department and said it would not be a one-coat guarantee because the paint shade is "Ultra Pure White". So I left and called to speak to a manager again to explain the entire situation while I was in the parking lot. Once again, he said he would do the return and that he would meet me at the service counter so there was no further issue which was greatly appreciated. While an employee is helping me process the return, the heavy-set man with glasses comes over and says "M'am the paint department already said no" while shaking his head. This comment made was completely rude and unnecessary considering that I already spoke to multiple managers beforehand. Therefore, he walks away shamefully and my return was processed. I am incredibly appreciative of the managers being helpful and cooperative. As for the heavy-set man with glasses: he needs to learn how to stay in his lane, keep his mouth shut, and most importantly, not make snarky comments that make him look cowardly.

    I love Home Depot! I usually find everything I need, the staff gives me a lot of information about whatever project I’m working on and if I’m not sure about a certain aspect of how to do it, they tell me, and sometimes show me so I leave feeling confident I can do it. Prices are good, not to high so I don’t leave feeling ripped off like I do at other stores. Which is a good thing. So hey- come shopping down here to home Depot! They’ve got everything!

    Adjustable shower head! Awesome! I like this product. Why? Because I am 5'9. I was able to make the shower head higher. Before I was slouching to shower my hair. The previous shower head was shorter in height.

    So just to start off I have to say Louie and the staff in hardware and plumbing went above and beyond to help me with finding cutting oil for a project. This entire staff at this location was friendly and very helpful and this was while they were multi-tasking, helping out other customers as well as myself and net working amongst themselves to find the items I needed . I look forward to making this location a go to spot .👍🙏

    3/1/23 I went to Home Depot to purchase a Refrigerator and a Gas Range. Sales agent Claudia is honest and helpful. It is the last day of sale, I got good price and good service. When I went back to add a note for delivery, Claudia was not there. Her coworkers Phillip and Elisa provided me same good service.

    Unorganized stock. Items in wrong bin. Don't depend on sticker price on shelf or you'll be surprised with higher price at register. Lots of employees but it always seems they are always in wrong isle then they disappear when they go get you an assistant. They don't care.

    Tonight at 6:10pm Nov 16 2023, I bought at homedepot and get line. Then I went to pay machine but the associate name Ashley she told me I have to get line again, behide 5 guys??? She doesn't see me get line at there? I felt I have been racisted. She has a right to command someone who she did not like?

    I go to Home Depot a lot because I’m renovating my home and I had the best help all thanks to Sindy. She is literally amazing and so helpful. I was trying to place a floor order and she went above and beyond. I even ran into some issues and she was still very helpful and attentive. I wish I could give her 10 stars, I really appreciated her customer service and will definitely be going back to spend my money.

    Don't buy any appliances here. Staffs will ghost on you. They lie about deliveries, they lie about back orders they have, they won't contact you about back order until you call them. Some staffs are very friendly and very nice but majority of them aren't. Managers are the worst of all. No wonder your part timers and staffers ghost you when you ask them. If top of the pyramid is rotten then that spreads to the bottom. Hope this place gets bought out by some other hardware, home appliance store that actually treats their workers fair.

    Home Depot is constantly improving their service. I know it's a busy place, but I have found if you have patience, a HD. Member can usually find what you need. The place is so huge, and inventory is so immense, it's amazing how well stocked and organized the stores are. If you look up item on website, and purchase, they will put item in orange metal cubby drawers for you to pick up! My thanks to all who work at Home Depot. Please treat the workers kindly, as they really try their best to help.

    Went there to find something to cover my kitchen floor . No idea ,which one to buy and how many and which one is better . So I ask the employee to assist me . He help me look , measure, and calculate how many do I need and which one is water resistant. I am very happy and surprised to be help by such patient sale employee . His name is Jesse Ramos. I here to let you know how much I appreciate your help thank you. For the management of Home Depot, you should hire more like this kind of employee. It will help all the customers to decide and pick what they need.

    Home Depot is nice but Amazon's cheaper unfortunately so actually while I was looking at a price on shelving brackets I googled Amazon while inside the Home Depot. Should have looked on Amazon first would have saved me a gas trip.

    Usually nobody at the tool department aisle. Had to find a worker in a different department and have him find somebody to come help. Wait time is always long. I've also previously had a bad experience with a rude employee here. Old guy in his sixties. He really needs to work on his customer service skills. Grumpy guy doesn't know how to talk to people. However, there is this other employee who works in the bolts and screws aisle, this guys is very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice guy here. Keep up the good work.

    Came at lunch on Thursday. Good variety. It was good enough with me. Mussels and sushi are my to go. Did not try desserts or ice cream or grill. Service is decent, plates get pick up quick.

    Standard home depot if you know what you need to get. The staff are helpful when I need help looking for products. The prices for certain products are better than other stores like Walmart and Target. It's pretty big with lots of products to look at, so sometimes I can stay longer than initially planned (I'm sure you guys know that struggle lol).

    Was here (again) this year to pick up the Xmas tree. I was having fun teasing with another family over a same tree they liked. They thought I was working for the HomeDepot because I wanted the same tree they picked. Easy check out, and they only accept card payment. Seemed under-staffed to get someone to help carry the tree that's taller than me to the cashier. This year, I picked the best looking tree compared to the previous years. Paid first and give them your name then proceed to drive your car to the curb where they will help load the tree to your car, just showed them your receipt.

    Frustrating experience here. I was over charged by the online rep before I came to pick up my items. I caught it as I was leaving and noticed two freezers on my cart. I went back to get the refund, and the employee wasn't all that concerned. As I was leaving a second time, they never took the second freezer off. Thankfully I was honest, and removed before walking out with it for free. There was no since of urgency, a lack of communication to the employee by the cart to remove it, and the employee by the cart thanked me for my business and told me to have a nice day. Definitely a learning opportunity here on how not to lose inventory.

    Home Depot is just about the same everywhere and this location is no exception. That is, once inside it has everything you'd expect and of good quality. Though it is probably one of the busiest HDs I've ever been to, especially on the weekend. Just be mentally prepared if you come here on the weekend. Though that is just the parking lot. Somehow the store is rarely crowded inside.

    I went into home Depot to buy some supplies so I can make a bike repair rack for my bike I'm going to make it out of galvanized piping but I decided not to do that I'm going to use the black piping instead it's One to Two dollar lower in price then the galvanized piping. As I was looking at the black pipe it looks better than the galvanized look. Now I have to save some dollars and then I will be able to put my bike repair rack together. Its going to come out good maybe even great. If anyone wants to know how I'm going to put on my second floor porch.

    Most of the associates are young and don't know much of anything on the products they sell. Years ago they had professionals who knew a thing or two on projects and products they sell.

    The curbside pickup was great throughout covid. Now that I am vaccinated and can enter the building it is even nicer to attend The Home Depot

    Went looking for specialized hooks for brooms and tools. Unable to locate so I asked the staff and informed to wait a few minutes. Saw plenty of staff but many of them were too busy entertaining each other. Bought other items I had already located but not the hooks. After 5 to 10 minutes was still waiting. Next time I will order from Amazon.

    Too many dogs in store, small to very big, I saw four small puppies inside the shopping carts too!!! With covid-19 and its variants animals should not be allowed in any stores! I was looking at Christmas trees and a dog came and starting peeing on a tree!!! Only dogs for the visually impaired should be allowed in stores.
