2022,
I
spoke
with
the
Home
Depot
live
chat
about
returning
a
Behr
paint
that
claims
to
be
1
coat
coverage
and
they
expressed
that
they
could
do
a
return
in-store
if
I
was
not
completely
satisfied.
Additionally,
I
called
the
store
and
spoke
to
a
manager
about
it
to
make
sure
they
could
do
a
return
before
I
went
in
person
and
they
were
extremely
helpful
and
said
that
they
could.
Once
I
go
into
the
store
at
approximately
6:35-6:45
pm
the
man
at
the
service
desk
(heavy-set
with
glasses,
did
not
get
a
name)
said
they
could
not
do
the
return
because
I
used
it.
Obviously,
I
used
it
which
is
why
I
was
not
satisfied.
He
spoke
to
the
paint
department
and
said
it
would
not
be
a
one-coat
guarantee
because
the
paint
shade
is
"Ultra
Pure
White".
So
I
left
and
called
to
speak
to
a
manager
again
to
explain
the
entire
situation
while
I
was
in
the
parking
lot.
Once
again,
he
said
he
would
do
the
return
and
that
he
would
meet
me
at
the
service
counter
so
there
was
no
further
issue
which
was
greatly
appreciated.
While
an
employee
is
helping
me
process
the
return,
the
heavy-set
man
with
glasses
comes
over
and
says
"M'am
the
paint
department
already
said
no"
while
shaking
his
head.
This
comment
made
was
completely
rude
and
unnecessary
considering
that
I
already
spoke
to
multiple
managers
beforehand.
Therefore,
he
walks
away
shamefully
and
my
return
was
processed.
I
am
incredibly
appreciative
of
the
managers
being
helpful
and
cooperative.
As
for
the
heavy-set
man
with
glasses:
he
needs
to
learn
how
to
stay
in
his
lane,
keep
his
mouth
shut,
and
most
importantly,
not
make
snarky
comments
that
make
him
look
cowardly.
