I visited Hing Wa San Gabriel for the first time a few weeks ago. While I did not make a purchase on my first visit, I had a great time with your sales associate Sisi. I was able to try on about 10 different watches including some Rolex exhibition models. Sisi was very hospitable, kind, and informative in letting me know what looked good on me. I put in my contact information for a specific model, and I trust that she can help fulfill my wish. I look forward to doing business with her and forming a long-term relationship.

This is my second purchase with Hing Wa Lee. Went in on 7/25/2022 with the Tudor Black Bay 58 Blue in mind and I’ve communicated with my sales professional Chloe ahead of time and made sure they had one in stock. Chloe and other professionals at this location is extremely courteous and ensures that I was greeted upon entering the store. I obviously asked for Chloe as she previously helped me with my Tudor Black Bay 36 purchase. The experience I had with Hing Wa Lee and Chloe is phenomenal, definitely treated how a customer should compared to any Rolex boutique/AD! I already informed Chloe about another Tudor that I am interested in and sadly due to availability I might have to wait a little for this piece. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend Hing Wa Lee to anyone that is interested with making their luxury watch purchase.

My wife and I went to the store to purchase a present for a wedding. The store is very nice, it has almost all the major luxury brand name watches divided in sections and also carries traditional Chinese wedding jewelry. We were attended by Vicky. She was very friendly and patient and we purchased two jewelry items. Then, we went to see some watches. Vicky was very knowledgeable about the history and design details of the watches, no pressure, she showed us several watches. Unexpectedly a watch on a picture in the store caught my attention, Vicky showed us the watch along with the other watches we were looking, for comparison. Because of the freedom to see side by side and try the watches along with Vicky's suggestions we purchased a watch.

Vicky is the BESTTTTT! I had a fantastic experience with Vicky while purchasing a Rolex Datejust 28mm for my wife. Her expertise and guidance in the selection process were invaluable. Vicky’s professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for Rolex watches made the buying process enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect timepiece, and her knowledge of the product was impressive. I had such a pleasant shopping experience here with Jay, Vicky and Eric. It was my first time at Hing Wa Lee and it’s absolutely gorgeous inside especially the Rolex boutique. My wife and I purchased a watch from Sisi at Hing Wa Lee in San Gabriel last night. She was extremely kind, personable and patient. She walked around with us while we tried on different watches around the store. When we purchased a watch she was very thorough explaining the warranty to my wife and I. Sisi is an amazing associate and definitely deserves recognition for her hard work. She demonstrated vast brand knowledge about each brand area we visited. Chloe was very professional, friendly, and prompt with replies. I emailed about Rolex and Tudor. She was very transparent about the process of attaining certain pieces. To my surprise, she was able to offer me a Tudor 79030 (BB58) within a week. I have waited for this watch from Tudor boutique and Bhindi for over a year. Chloe delivered sooner than both. From the moment I stepped into their store, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Helen, took the time to listen to my preferences, provided excellent guidance and recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend Hing Wa Lee for anyone looking to purchase a new Rolex watch or other time pieces. The staff's expertise, personalized service, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations.

I was looking for a particular Rolex entry OP watch and went to Hing Wa Lee Jewelers to inquire about availability and I was met and greeted by Sisi who was very warm, friendly and welcoming, she was very helpful and informative about the 36mm Oyster Perpetual watch I was inquiring about and noted my interest and information in the possibility of acquiring it in the future since this watch is the same color name as my car. Sisi also presented other lovely Tudor watches which were lovely, thank you Sisi for the excellent service during my visit and hope I can eventually secure my grail Rolex in the future to match my car!

Among all the sales experts, Tracy is the one I’m most familiar with and she is definitely a great person to share your watch enthusiasm. She has been in this industry for around two or three decades but she is still extremely patient and have a huge passion to introduce whatever thing that interests you. I bought a Tudor Black Bay 58 today!! This is my first time buying watch at Hing Wa Lee - San Gabriel and I have a great experience here! I want to share with you all! It is my pleasure to meet Chloe when I first walked into the store, she is so friendly and passionate. I wasn’t sure about what I am really looking for, so I am kinda just window shopping and walking around. Even though Chloe knows I was just checking out the store, she still let me try on couple different watches and also explained the differences, I can tell she is very knowledgeable and really knows the watches. She is very nice and helpful, there is no pressure walking around the store with her, I feel very comfortable and have a good time checking out watches! I have been in Hing Wa Lee over the span of the past decade, mostly window shopping, a tiny jewelry purchase and also to resize watch bracelets. The sales associates were always pleasant, even though I was not spending any money. Recently to commemorate a milestone anniversary I reached out to Chloe whom I met a few years ago to help source a watch my wife had her eye on. Concerned she would not be able to procure the watch in time for the anniversary Chloe would periodically check-in to offer alternatives while I was waiting. Glad to report that Chloe was recently able to find a watch to my wife's liking. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience especially considering the crazy state of the watch market today. Next I'm eager to find something for myself from the extensive selection of brands they carry after my bank account recovers :)

I was always interested in getting a Rolex for quite some time. Decided to pull the trigger. I googled around to see which Rolex stores were nearby, and got recommended to go to Hing Wa Lee. Went to the store, and met Chloe. She welcomed me with a really good vibe, and showed me some pieces that were available. Unfortunately, the one I wanted wasn’t available at that time, so Chloe told me that she’ll try to get me the watch and will call me when she does. Finally, I got the call, and I picked it up! I had the opportunity to work with Chloe after reaching out to them about a watch I wanted. I didn't make any purchases immediately but Chloe kept me in mind and sent me different options (good options!) over time, which was super helpful. I was in communication with Chloe over a few weeks and she answered all the questions that I had. Then I finally found something I wanted and went in to pick it up. The building was beautiful and Chloe also took the time to show me other watches and educated me on other watch brands. I have gone to other watch stores before and they aren't half as friendly, so this was a great experience. My family has a long purchasing history with Hing Wa Lee and David (15+ years). My mom even worked for David for a while. It wasn't until 3 years I made my first purchase for my then fiancé. I went to the Rowland Heights location and my sales associate, Amy, provided excellent service from the moment I came in with my mom. She showed me a few pieces that fit within my budget and eventually settled on a Panerai. Fast forward 2 years later, I finally take my husband to visit Amy because I needed my 2 watches serviced and did it through her. Again, great service. Turnaround time was a couple months but that's on the watch brands' end, and not Amy/Hing Wa Lee. I plan on coming back because I have my eye set on the Rolex OP turquoise, and I'm optimistic that Amy can help with getting it for me.

I emailed for Rolex appointment and was greeted the moment I walked in. I wanted a Rolex watch as a birthday gift to my mom but they didn't have it in stock. However, the salesperson was very patient in showing me an exhibition one and had me try on to make sure it is what I am looking for. What an unique experience. It is disappointing to unable to get the watch for my mom's birthday, but they convinced me it is worth the wait.

I went into Hing Wa Lee San Gabriel store see if I can find anything for my husband’s birthday gift, the store is grand and beautiful, we didn’t see anything from Rolex or AP just like anywhere else, chat with the sale lady there about an hour regarding today’s demand and supply issues , she is been extremely polite and helpful, at the end I bought myself a Cartier and put my husband’s AP on waiting list, great service and highly recommended. On a second occasion, it was a pleasure working with Janet. She is extremely patient, kind and fun to be around with purchasing a watch. It was a great experience purchasing a Tudor!

I was referred to Hing Wa Lee by a friend. Prior to my arrival, they have already prepared several watches for me to look at. I love watches but also a budget shopper. What brightened my day was they even had a Vacheron Constantin within the budget of 15K!!! VC has always been on my top watch collection list, after owning Rolex, Piaget, Panerai etc. watches, I just haven't found the right VC for my collection cause the higher entry level price. But the sales Molly really understood me, instead of pushing for higher priced product, she focused on my needs!!! and another lady May was also so thoughtful assisted me finding a not so noticeable bag for my watch due to safety issues (robberies...) I will definitely come back for more watches! On top of their amazing watch collection, what is found so valuable is their customer experience. It felt like a VIP personal shopping experience at ease. The genuineness of their team is something I cannot find at many other luxury brand stores now such as Louis Vuitton.

I live in Scottsdale, but bought a watch from them recently. They carry several high end brands including Rolex & Cartier. Amazing customer service. I worked with Chloe who was very helpful. Very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. Would highly recommend Chole and the store if your looking for high end watches and jewelry.

Chloe is so sweet! She has great communication and is super timely. I love all the new watches I've got from here. There's also a bunch of nice watch cases & other jewelry in store. Security guard is present & everything is clean. BTW the Rolex is my absolute favorite!

The store is beautiful but I do believe that there is room for improvement on the side of customer service. I tend to not write negative reviews, but I personally believe that this store only caters to people who have originally spent a significant sum. Whenever I inquire about a watch, I always get the same response: "That's a hard watch to come by." There must be some sort of nepotism because I'm told that they don't have any watches or taking special orders but you will always see some customer sitting inside purchasing a Rolex. From the looks and sounds of it- customers who already have purchased get a priority. Be it a simple watch or more elegant. Personally, I can suggest that if you are interested in any watches other than Rolex then this shop is perfect. But if you are looking to specifically purchase a Rolex then stay far away. Save your time and energy. I strongly believe that even if you put your name down for a watch its done just as a courtesy but I firmly believe they will never follow that list. -----Update---- It seems the stores PR has replied. As you may note, they are asking which watches are on my list. This must mean that they do not even look at what you put on the wish list.
