Great experience with Esmeralda at Zales! Very happy with our purchase, love it!

Nicole at Zales Santa Anita is a phenomenal sales associate! She went above and beyond to help me. She will always have my business.

I had such a great experience at this store. Nicole was a huge help! She was super patient and knowledgeable! She let me try on different pieces even though it was at the end of the shift and didn’t make me feel rushed. I ended up finding out that she has also assisted my boyfriend on several occasions and I know he’s has nothing but good things to say about this place and mostly the people who work there and have helped.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars… I’ve been coming here for years and never was treated the way the new assistant manager treated me. Esmeralda is extremely rude and condescending, won’t help you with any problems won’t give you any solutions. The worst costumer service, I honestly never write reviews but this lady has no customer service skills, the first time she was acting rude and unhelpful, I thought she was just having a bad day so I let it go. But this time was worse, I don’t even know who put her in charge of this store… her employee was literally having a full on conversation with his friends while i waited to be assisted. Mind you she was there assisting another customer and allowed that to happened. I had to wait until this worker finished his conversation with his friends to get helped. Never coming back here again. I hope they do better when choosing who they leave in charge. If the actual store manager wants to contact me I would love to go into more details of everything that happened in that store my last two visit.

The Zales representative here at Zales Santa Anita Mall name Nicole, always provides the best customer service ever! She always makes me feel welcome and at home! I had to tell somebody! She is the greatest!

Nicole and Doris were really sweet and considerate with me. I called ahead of time asked if they could show me jewelry before they close. They said no problem. Once l arrive, both Nicole and Doris took the time to help me find the right ring. I would recommend them to my family and friends for sure.

Excellent customer service. Nicole was super helpful and patient with my 6yo who had a ton of questionsfñ for her. I went in to get our rings serviced after many years. She explained the whole process in detailed. The whole process made me feel like our rings our in great hands. Shopping at Zales is always a great experience!

Amazing service!! Nicole assisted me with my purchases and I’m very satisfied. I wanted to get the Disney Villain ring from Maleficent and it looks so beautiful. I really liked how Nicole made me feel comfortable instead of feeling pressured to buy something like other jeweler stores. The comfort and assistance she provided made me feel at ease. I will definitely be coming back.

Shelley is the manager there and she couldn’t of been more helpful!!! We had ordered a necklace with our birthstones in it for our mother for christmas. When we received it in the mail one of the stones was missing. We called customer service (who is HORRIBLE!!!!) they told us there was nothing they could do and it’s on us to get it fixed. We even talked to the supervisor and she said the same thing!!! They had the tone in their voice if they don’t care. They didn’t try to help us out at all! After that we called a Zales store in Ontario Mills. They’re manager was super helpful too! She apologized for customer service and tried to help us fix the necklace. They couldn’t help us so she reached out to Shelley. That day Shelley had called me and said yes bring it in and let me see what I can do. We drove over and told her the story again she apologized and said I will have it fixed. She went in to her own personal jeweler and had it fixed within a few days with no cost! With the holiday season she was working 6 days a week and open to close shifts, she’s a rock star as are all retail people during the holiday season. She was over the top helpful to us and we are so thankful for her and that are were able to present the necklace to our mother for Christmas. If you ever need anything fixed or have an issue please go visit them!!!

What a day! So my wife cracked her Diamond. She was really upset about it. We had purchased the wedding ring at Zales in Arcadia. Well I have to say they came through big time. The Jeweler Dean was there today. Esmeralda, Sal and Celeste of Zales were unbelievable. They all helped pick out a new Diamond for her ring. The look on my wife’s face when she saw the new Diamond on her ring was priceless. See these guys and they will definitely take care of you. I have to say they are great at what they do.

I went in to buy my fiance an engagement ring and both Sal and Celeste were extremely helpful. I had already purchased a ring, but realized it was not the correct one for my bride-to-be. They were very patient with us and showed us a variety of rings in various styles. When we found the ideal one, they answered all of our questions, explained how we could get the ring cleaned and resized at any time, and made the entire experience as easy and special as it was meant to be. I cannot recommend them and their store enough. Everything was well organized and we will certainly return for all of our future jewelry needs.

Worst quality, less than 6 month and the necklace that I bought got broken, I went for the repair service after 15 days I got the necklace back, after only 1 day it broke again, I'm not buying anymore anything here.

Absolutely amazing! So helpful! And SOOOOOOO incredibly patient with me!!! We could not go into the store due to covid, so we had to call the store and she was able to shop for me and find exactly what I was looking for!! I live an hour away but will definitely come back to this particular store just because how kind and supportive they were!
