This is a great place to work out and hang out. Great Christian music and atmosphere. It's got a walking track and a diverse selection of free weights and machines to fit all areas of fitness. Also an aerobic room that has classes available for everyone young and old.

It is such a enjoyable place to go! The volunteers & others are so filled with the love of God it comes right out of them to the joy of all those who walk through their doors!

Such a great place to workout. The environment is so relaxed and caring. Everyone is friendly and laid back. This is a great place for people who need to get back into the groove. They have a weight room, a track, and a basketball court

There is no other place around that offers the use of gym equipment for FREE. amazing, and good people there too.

Nice free place to exercise. Lots of people around and classes you can sign up for. Has a locker room with showers. Sometimes it's a little crowded for my introverted nature.
