I visited Karoonji Mala view point on a hot summer day. The drive to the viewpoint was scenic, with lush green hills and valleys on either side. As I got closer to the viewpoint, I could see the vast expanse of the Arabian Sea in the distance. When I reached the viewpoint, I was amazed by the stunning views. The hills and valleys below were covered in a patchwork of green and brown, and the sea stretched out as far as the eye could see. I could also see the town of Kozhikode in the distance. I spent some time sitting on the edge of the cliff, enjoying the peace and quiet. The only sound was the occasional chirping of a bird. It was the perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. After a while, I started to walk down the hill towards the town. As I walked, I took in the beautiful scenery. I could see the sun setting over the sea, and the sky was ablaze with color. It was a truly magical sight. I reached the town just as it was getting dark. I found a small restaurant and had a delicious meal of Kerala cuisine. After dinner, I took a walk around the town and soaked up the atmosphere. It was a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend visiting Karoonji Mala view point to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The views are simply stunning, and the atmosphere is magical.

Peak with windy atmosphere and below average scenic views. Provides steep hiking of around 500 meters, can enjoy windy atmosphere with narrow appearance of mist And a few photo spots. Most important things about this place is that the mysterious karoonji caves (which said to have hidden passage till mysore) are few steps away from here. Nothing more Nothing less about the place.

Journey to the top is little bit challenging. You can't get on the top by your vehicle. You will have to park on the nearby roadside. The path to the top is very steep consist of rocks and mud. Once you get there, you'll have an amazing experience. It's a great view point for photography.

The experience was not good. No proper way/path to reach the top 🔝. Just need to go up and up .... But if you reach the top then you will see amazing 🤩 views This is not a developed place yet .... but 'view point of' it's beautiful and can visit once (then you'll know what exactly the path😛)

A small trek is there inorder to reach the top view point. The view is stunning with valleys and ridges. It is a great place to see sunset and sunrise. After sunset, it will be dark soon. So get down the hill soon after sunset. Not so friendly place for kids and elder people. A cave is nearby which resembles a den. There's no entry fee or entry timings.

Beauty of nature. Near to koduvally town. One of best view point for sun rise. Evening we can hangout there, but not good. Need around an hour to reach top. Better to go at winter season, full of snow covering everywhere. Pay parking was available there. Parking will be difficult for cars.

To be honest , the best view point in all of Calicut. Make sure not to fall and die ( in the process killing all others behind you) . If you love light trekking then this is the place for you. It's open throughout but you can only enjoy the view if you start trekking at 5:30 to 6 and reach on top .

Awsome adventurous place. There is a high chance for u to slip and fall while climbing and getting down the hill so be cautious. Be equipped with shoes with proper grip. If you are new to the area you might not understand the entrance point, even though its not a very popular place its a very good spot to spend time with friends. I personally loved the trip. Also google map will misguide u!!!

Climb early morning around 5.30 to view a mesmerizing sun rise. The entry point is not well marked so better ask some local people. We have to trek for just 15 minutes to reach the top.

Went quite late in the day, and found the place all left alone just for me. However, Morning/evening would have been a better experience. And the path that Google maps is showing is a little bit off at the end point

It's hard to find out on the map, so before reaching the exact map location ask about the place to rural people they will show you the exact route to reach the destination It's a cool place to spend your evening with friends if you get a slight rain then it will be awesome

A very pleasant view. A small trekking is required to reach this place. The initial way is too steep. No proper parking will be available, you may need to park the bike at the side of road. The entry point may not be shown properly in Google maps direction. So try to ask people nearby for location.

More safety measure have to be taken by Kerala government because most of the regional college students are showing intrest to go there
