The rooms are good, nicely maintained. But there are less attendants so the service is not like other hotels. There is no food service. Lastly the hotel is located far inside a galli .. There is a garbage place just few steps away from the hotel. That stinks.

Worst Hotel, I have ever seen in my life. Before opening the gate at the time of arrival, they told that we don't get money from OYO, and further our price has been increased which has not been reflected in OYO website. So, you have to pay Rs. 500/- in cash. The cleaning is very poor and I don't know without proper verification how OYO is giving licence to such poor hotels. It's so pathetic. I am very much unsatisfied with the service provided by this hotel. I would suggest not to waste money in such low grade hotels.

I got worst experience from OYO 87147 Welcome Stays. I booked this Hotel through OYO @Rs.599/- but Hotel people threatened me and took Rs.400/- extra. I complaint to OYO but they did not respond back or helped me. So I cancelled all my OYO bookings. Other than this, the money which transferred to OYO Rs.3318/- to book this Hotel is not reflect in OYO walet or not refunded. I called more than 25 time but OYO team is not responding. This not the time I am experienced this, so please don't book any room through OYO.

Worst hotel. Mosquitoes. Unhygienic rooms. Not clean. Demanded 500 extra even after 100% paid online. Never going to book Oyo anymore.

PATHETIC PLACE AND NO SERVICE!! Unfortunately we turned up here at 2am given that OYO had no other options available. Despite paying up in advance for the booking, no one even bothered to open the gate for us despite making several calls. The owner/ manager here has the audacity to pick and then disconnect your call without responding. The reality is that even the OYO central desk can’t do anything & have no control over such behaviour!!

First of all they said that you have to pay extra the amount which is shown here is very less. Then one my friend convinced him since we will be staying for 3-4 hours. The washroom is bad. The water was clogged, the flush didn't work as intended. Overall never ever booking this hotel in my life or recommending anyone. It felt like they didn't want you to stay. We were 3 male guys.

Everytime customer approaches they say that room is not available. If you have booked through Oyo then you are done Oyo isn't going to refund your money anyway.

This guys are the scammer, a big fraudstar. I had booked this property a week back and made the full payment too. After arriving to the hotel at night with my family including senior citizen and child they are not allowing to enter the room. They are saying no rooms are available. Just imagine, during this night with family I’m getting this kind of responses from them. We went to a nearest police station which is in Berhampore , and Thanks to Odisha police who guided us to get the refund immedietly and also arrenged an another stays ..

Worst hotel to stay... Owner doesn't know how to behave with customer.... They will charge ₹1200-₹1300 for an ordinary room(₹500)and will harrass the boarders for early check out... There are ample of good hotels to stay at Berhampur so kindly don't opt this bogus one ....

Absolutely pathetic service. The guy in charge was literally trying to run us off from the place. He also accused us of stealing towels. As if you could improve doing these shenanigans, and show yourself cautious to folks who simply want a comfortable stay. Please don't go there! There are other better guest houses. The bathroom is not well maintained as well.

They are charged Rupees 300 extra per even after 100% online book. Provided room after taking the extra charges. Not provided the room when we show the online tickets at counter... Very very bad for such types of response from a OYO hotel

I was completely shock...I booked it from Agoda with 668 but after reaching the hotel asked to pay 700 more ....why ? I couldn't understand...but I have raise the issue to Agoda....hope to get sort out soon

I was on an office trip I needed a GST bill to submit in office , Oyo said the hotel will provide the bill and the hotel said oyo will give the bill. After confirming that hotel provides the bill Even after multiple attempts the did not provided the bill and as a result i had bear the amount.
