Really bad experience - I did my QOD treatment which is the most costliest treatment for hairs and since then my hair is falling like crazy. Lost half the volume of my hair and currently undergoing clinical treatment to recover. The staffs are untrained and overworked.

Good services by Divya didi in terms of waxing, brows. Additionally she is very understanding towards her clients too!

I went for hair spa & pedicure , the experience was smooth I loved the spa done by Ajay 🤌🏻head massage was so well , pedicure was also very good, done by Amar ,eyebrow and upper lips by ekta was also nice I feel the charge of pedicure could be a lil less but overall nice experience ! Would love to visit again soon

Pathetic attitude of owner .. very rude. Before services told me discounted price to attract the customer (different price) & after services raise the prices & discount not applicable ... They told me when I communicated with owner he talked in very dismanner ... Please don't waste your time & money .

Staff is polite and humble, cleanliness is fully assured. Had services with Ekta, Ajay and Amar, well trained staff with a proper knowledge of products. Loved the experience

Me and my friend had pre-wedding services at Lakme Salon Shopprix Mall, the two therapist available is Ekta and Divya they manage everything so perfectly. I had all my services as per my skin type and my actual concern. They all are well educated in their streams and specially not money minded. Lakme Salon is the best for me
