His explanation is easy to understand. If India is not familiar place for you,might be feel anxiety, but he will give you peace of mind.

Dr. Gopal is one of those doctors who heals holistically. He has not only knowledge and experience, but above all spiritual energy, which, combined with professionalism, heals. Dr. Rastogi, was a great doctor, mentor and friend during my time at Rishikesh. I first had the pleasure of receiving Ayurvedic massage and treatment at his clinic during my yoga training which was very relaxing and healing. I then realised he was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining Ayurveda and sharing many insights of how to overcome daily challenges in life. He is a very honest, trustful and helpful man. I later trained at his centre in Ayurvedic massage and science level 1 which was a wonderful experience. He was a great trustee and guide during my stay in Rishikesh.
