The staff are very polite and courteous. The rooms good in terms of the size and basic facilities provided. However, the maintenance of the rooms is quite bad. The rugs have a layer of dust on them, there were chunks of dust hanging on to the back of the door and the AC. The daily cleaning just seems to include mopping the floors. The linen had lint which were getting stuck to the clothes. There was a piece of shampoo sachet in the bathroom when I checked in, and was still there after the cleaning done the next day. When hangers were provided after being asked for it, it had grime on it. The property is good, but definitely needs a lot of improvement in maintaining the rooms. Outside food is not allowed. But the restaurant food is quite good.

Unprofessional and unhelpful service. Landline in the room doesn't work so you need to go downstairs to request anything. No towel in the room and 5 requests need to be made before it is sent. They forget about your breakfast order and need to be reminded thrice. AC drips water on you. Nothing provided in the bathroom - toothpaste, brush, soap, the basics you'd expect. Food menu is limited. The only good thing is proximity to metro.

The stay at Saltstayz was very comfortable. I booked it from their website only and found a reasonable price for a facility like this. Rooms are really good and cozy, the view from the balcony is awesome. Also their breakfast must try. All the cab service is available. And specially thanks for Mr. Abhijeet.

Overall a good property and very budget friendly. Rooms were clean and hospitality was really good . The manager Suraj was very cooperative and other housekeeping staff were always there for service. Good experience

It was a wonderful stay for us at this property. The staff were polite and helpful. The location is very close to phase 1 metro station. The rooms were also very clean and well maintained.

Mr. Suraj the front desk manager is a cheat. We booked this hotel by mistake instead of sector 57 and within 5 minutes of booking asked the manager to either refund or transfer the booking to sector 57 hotel. But he denied! Imagine you give someone money by mistake and request to return it within 5 minutes but the person acknowledges the mistake but denies to return the money! No humanity!

This was a good value for money stay, standardized budget travel hotel option with good connectivity to all Gurugram areas. Helpful staff, spacious room and very close to DLF Phase 1 metro.
