Don't want to give even one star. Food was so pathetic that i would prefer to remain hungry rather than having food from bikanerwala. No taste in the food was except the taste of red chilli. Charges are too high as compared to the quality and quantity.

Place is filthy. Flies everywhere. The cook used a box that fell down for a take out. Lucky got all on video. Will post more. Avoid. I got my refund as i found it filthy and dirty

These Bikanervala are the most useless...receptionist does not have the guts to talk.. , the thief is the receptionist who has spent 76 rupees double time, but the manager there did not say anything... The customer is talking politely, even after that the reception lady is showing stoicism... the manager did not take any action, even after seeing all this. You guys should leave immediately from the reception job, don't know why that fatty lady is kept... 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Just 5 customers in the restaurant and they took 30 minutes to deliver 2 plates of chhole Bhature and 1 plate of Rajkachori. Now the taste of Raj kachori was probably the worst we ever ate . The curd was sour, and spices were 2 to 3 days old probably. Chhole bhature was just average and not proportionate to the cost . We would never go eat there again.

This outlet is located in Rajendra Nagar next to Rajendra Nagar Metro Station on main GT road lemme explain you complete premises on Ground Floor they have Sweets Counter, Billing counter & few live counters like kulfi, shikanji etc. On 1st Floor they had north Indian and South Indian Food counters and seating arrangement of 30-40 people i tried their Masala Dosa and Chole Bhature food was delightful nothing special if i compare to any other similar food chain. Easily accessible place with metro or by own conveyance.

Considering Bikanerwala as good eating place, visited this place and ordered Onian Masala Dosa, this is what they delivered, Called manager and told him that's its not a right way of preparing Onian Masala Dosa- He said " Hamare yahan aisa hi hota hai". Completely a dissatisfaction.

Decent outlet...good sitting space...lots of variety of food and sweets....they have two floors ..food is decent... service is prompt..can do better in terms of service.... overall nice experience...

Sweets are really sweet but meals are below average. I visited thrice, Ac doesn't work here. Service is also average. Meals are less than menu card, most of the items can't be ordered due shortage of ingredients.

If you are coming for dine in, please don’t come it’s the worst place to come with family. The staff doesn’t care at all about you they will only focus on take away orders.

Worst customer service. Pathetic service. Doesn't value customer's time. Didn't provided meal on time. They made me wait for 15 minutes and were providing service to those who ordered later than me. Had to cancel my order and took refund due to this attitude. I don't recommend anyone to visit this outlet. Worst staff and service.

The food was bad we buy samosa around6:45 and according to its taste i think that it was made 1or2 days before and it can also cause food poisining

I visited this place many times. Whenever i went my mama's home then we took lunch from this restaurant and sweets also yummy and tasty. Mostly i like chole bhature, dhokla and Raj bhog.

This is below the Mejor Mohit Sharma Metro Station. If you want to dine or lunch here just step down this metro station. Burger King, Pizza Bite and many more local food vendors are established here. You can visit here as per your choice.

Bikanerwala is a vegan restaurant with self service having a lot of options for all North Indian South Indian and Chinese food. It’s also famous for sweets and one can find a lot of variety here. Clean and hygienic But one can face parking issue during rush time. It provide take away options too…

Bikaner is my fav outlet when it comes to pure veg indian and street food. But this outlet always disappoints, especially when we order at home. They either send stale food or wrong item. When we make complain they either talk badly or ask “ki ake lejao humare pas roh rider nhi hai”.

Good taste and variety. Self service. The staff is good. Upper floor ambience is better but billing is only on the ground floor. Slightly on the expensive side but worth it for hygiene and taste.

We had morning beverages, kesar lassi is good and they serve it in kulhad. We enjoyed our breakfast time at this place.....

It's located on main road, and the self service of the ground floor is limited to 6-8 seats. Tried cholay bhaturey, samosa, lassi(🥺 without malai), dhokla, rasmalai and chena murgi.

It's in small building not like conventional Bikanervala also look of kitchen is not so hygienic like other Bikanervala but food quality and taste meets the standard

Worst dine in experience I've ever had. I rated it 1 star because 0 isn't an option. We waited more than 45 mins for 2 sandwiches the waiters are toooo unprofessional they don't even know how to manage properly , they were legit rude for asking a single question about the food. Cook is taking legit ages to prepare the food .

Food is as always delicious. We had Raj kachori, chole bhature, chinese platter, aloo tikki, bhalla papdi. All of them were tasty. The only thing I didn't like is the ambience. I think they should revamp the ambiance. Food quality is superb. Just the restaurant ambience revamp will make it remarkable.

Total waste of money.. very poor service. No hygiene staff looks very casual and no head and hand cover dirty sitting place no clean washroom... it is not an outlet by Bikanerwala it looks like a third-party franchise using name. I went there on the occasion of mother's day and had to struggle for everything like giving order at ground floor and then climb upto the 2nd floor. Imagine chhole bhature was not available at 7pm not because of demand as I found that place empty.

Very bad food I ordered cold coffee and ras malai taste was pathetic and I got severe diarrhoea after consuming don't go there

Didn't feel like a 'Bikanervala' franchise restaurant. The ambience was very dull and the air conditioning was not working during the day in summer, imagining waiting for food.

The quality and quality of food is very good. Try the South Indian platter. The taste is very good. Tandoori platter is also delicious. South Indian platter is a must try.

Hygienic and tastier foods and variety of sweets and chats available but staff is not cooperative. Food is not up to the level like at Bikanervala Chaudhary Mor Ghaziabad and Site IV Sahibabad.

Excellent choices available. Hygenity is maintained. However this place is not cheap and is slightly expensive. Some parking space in front of shop is available but you might experience some problem in parking.

Nice ambience.. Great food... Cleanliness is maintained all day... Sitting arrangements are there, their menu has lots of options...Quality is good if not great, staff is courteous...you can dine in or take away...pricing is moderate...

Third class food. Quantity is so less and taste is also poor. The only taste in the food was of red chilli powder. We had ordered chole bhature, soya chaap, fried rice but we didn't like any of them. They charge too much for just a small bowl of food.

Food was not very good. Pav bhaji was cold. Packaging of leftover food was denied even when the portion left was significant. Waiting staff service was good though they provided the requested item at a reasonable time

Its a good hygienic place to eat in the locality. You can either dine in/take out or even purchase different sweets, namkeens and snacks. This place is a self service l, so order carefully. Overall the dining is quite and relaxing but it can be a chaos during peak hours and festive seasons. Parking can be sometimes a problem at this area, specially during peak hours, but it's right below Major Mohit Sharma Rajendra Nagar Metro Station on the Red line. It has a disabled friendly entrance and facility to reserve tables in prior. Plus if you live in vicinity, they also deliver at home.

People don't serve even water bottles while you are dining. Kitchen's smoke was entering dining area. Quality have degraded in a while. Reduced from 3 stars to one reason mismanagement has further increased. You just keeping moving up and down the stairs to get your stuff, only one cash counter available for both restaurant and sweet shop causing crowd and wiating time. No order management anybody can take your order in case of similar items ordered you have to continuously watch while standing at the counters sometimes for even 30 minutes.

Food is good but you have to come to ground floor from second floor to pick your order . Foods price are little higher I ordered chole bhature . It cost me 130rs per plate

Bought 2 Veg Chowmin on 29.12.22 through Zomato. Will never go back to them again. Quality worst at its best. Roadside Chowmin could be a better experience.

Over-rated: food is expensive however not up to the mark in terms of taste and quality. Bikanervala used to maintain quality, quantity and price. God knows why this outlet isn't living upto the brand name.

Split into 2.5 floors - ground, mezzanine & first. Ground floor---- comprise of all sweets packed items etc. Small space for like 10 people is there for a quick grab. The ac doesn't work well. Mezzanine - only seating for Ard 15-20 people. Top floor ---- family & party seating space. Worth part is kitchen is located on this floor . It feels like an oven up there. --------------------------- Service is good, staff is good but the quality is not up to the mark. --------------------------- Washroom - always dirty. U won't even feel like going Untill it's go or die situation. --------------------------- No authorised parking is available so park your vehicles just outside. There's no towing.

Be it a birthday party or just a casual get together. Bikanerwala is a good and a spacious dining for friends and family. You can get almost every North and South Indian finger licking food on the menu. Prices have been recently revised which might seem a tad bit high. But you can have a quality evening at this place for sure.

This is a food place and just behind this place is a drain area and garbage hub. This is actually be ceased considering this business is into food business. Don't know in what healthy and hygenic condition the food is made, handled and served. Stopped going only.

Located at prime location, bang on NH57, next to metro station. Used to be a place crowded with people earlier. But now many other restaurants have opened nearby, resulting in reduced foot fall. I guess that's the reason, they only serve almost half of the items in their menu, #Bummer1. Food is typical Bikanervala, can't complain, and not wow. For dining you sit at first floor and billing is only at ground, Bummer#2 🤦🏻‍♂️. Small parking space at front of the restaurant and rest is in the service lane, won't find one on the weekends.

Had pretty good experience with Bikanervala franchise. Had issue only with the one in Rajendra Nagar, Ghaziabad. I would recommend you to not place order specially in the evenings as they server food with foul smell. I ordered food from Zomato, pathetic experience and no.resolution from zomato and the restaurant
