Location is very good & is Very centrally located. Layout of 3BR is good but 4BR living room is super tiny. Out of 7 rooms on 1st floor 2 are very small with hardly space to move around after luggage. In house Person doesn’t know how to cook and made unappetising & tasteless food. External cook invited made some good food under our supervision. Quality of sheets and towels is very average, kettle in 1 room not working, and no replenishment of sugar, tea bags and coffee sachets. Aquaguard was not working and had to be repaired on raising an alert. We had our pet with us and it was told that we would have to pay for urban clap charges on checkout, which we agreed too. But we were surprised that we were charged 12000/- to deepclean to apparent, which included the places/ rooms where the pet even didn’t venture. Overall an average stay with bad taste as we left.

The ambience, environment is simply outstanding. Equally excellent service is their lunch services. Their taste of food is awesome with exact quantity of spices in vegetables. Hygiene conditions are simply excellent.

THERE IS A CCTV CAMERA EVERYWHERE AND SPECIALLY IN THE LIVING ROOM WITH NO NOTICE OF PUTTING IT in the form of “you are under surveillance “ The caretaker bitto is one hell of a rude person! He will be seen lying in your rooms before you enter, with shoes and is very very rude Worst experience

Place was amazing especially with the all the facilities provided around it. However, I faced a issue with stealing where my shoes were in the drawing room (which was supposed to be ours, but the owner keeps it unlocked) and I found out that it was stolen 2 days after staying there. So, unless you don’t care about stuffs you leave in the drawing room. It’s a good place to stay at.

Nice cozy place. Newly painted, new furniture, nothing broken, functional layout, warm and cordial staff, tasty breakfast - if you have been left with a bad taste in the mouth because of bad experiences at other places, come here for a few days stay - it will heal your impression about bnbs in Delhi. Such a pleasant experience ☺

I was super sceptical when booking this through airbnb but I can tell you this place is great! Its 10 steps away from shops/cafes/restaurants! Management is really hospitable and they take really good care of you. Felt really safe and secure, room was super clean and tidy. The people are very nice, will definitely recommend this place and will stay here again when I’m in Delhi!

Place was good, the rooms attached to balcony were spacious other than the entrance rooms. We had booked the four bhk set-up which was already taken as reception area. So there was not plenty of common area available.
