Green Heavens Society management is very very corrupt and indecent. For every thing they charge tenants very high and in many cases they charge only tenants. Terms and conditions are also for tenants like they can have one car parking free and second car parking or onwards will be chargeable. For landlords, there is not rule. Administrative charges of RS 5000 is also charged from tenants. For every facilities like society maintenance, community hall facilities, they charge tenants more. Lot of corruption in electricity and water bills. Landlords are there to enjoy rentals only..... People (landlords)of Green Heavens Society are very arrogant . Worst Society to live for tenants. Lot of corruption.

Great society, clean. Good people and neighborhood. However, the outside (building image) doesn't look quite promising. Maybe needs a revamp. Improvements are always good.

This is just opposite of Modern convent school Dwarka… it’s big society and currently under renovation

Building management is full of fraud. Need to set up an Audit on maintenance finances.

First they do not provide service to the customer. Then refuse to give room and the owner is very rude. They even dont cancel the booking and doesnt even value the customer.... hotel rooms are very small and has very dirty washroom... the room me selected from booking app was totally different then we got. Worst service .. Worst owner.. Worst hotel ever visited.

Big but Good society have its own park. Flats but water is not good. Good luck.

Easy to Navigate to, Good Location, Ample Security, Friendly Society, Parks, swings and recreational spots are available, parking available, daily wage home workers available BUT buildings need a little decoration and renovation.

Well why do they deserve one star? well the managing office here is full of corruption as they keep irritating the tenants for eg Tenants are required to keep one of their cars outside and one car they can keep inside that is the parking of the concerned flat in which the tenants are staying and that too they charge Rs.1000 which is just unjust and they bring out new laws without the consent of the whole society which is against the fact that it is a group housing society . Very very sad
