I booked a room at this hotel via Cleartrip, and due to a personal emergency (death in the family), I requested them for cancellation within 15 minutes of my booking. Despite explaining the reason for cancellation, the hotel’s reservation team told us that it is not in their policy to cancel the booking (no matter what!!). We and our family have been a regular customer of the hotel - this is not just lack of hospitality, but also an extreme lack of humanity and empathy. For certain situations, you can exceptionally help the customer rather than explaining your policies in times such as these. Pathetic. Never going to this hotel again!!

I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Everything about this hotel is great 1) cooperative staff 2) clean rooms 3) beautiful ambiance 4) food court 5) bar I had stayed at the hotel for some marriage and it’s a well maintained hotel and I would prefer to stay again there. As we were late for the lunch timings due to some issues they arrange lunch for us and food is fresh and Delicious. ➡️ The owner and the manager were so cooperative ➡️All staff are just a call away ➡️parking space

Super nice hotel! Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, delicious food, amazing decor and awesome well kept bathrooms, but the thing that makes this such a great place to stay are the staff. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and service. The morning buffet served for breakfast is the best part to start the day. Overall my experience was brilliant and enjoyed my time. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Karnal. This is the best hotel of Karnal. Thank You!

Hard Mattress and Uncomfortable bedding. Moreover, the atmosphere is very noisy. This is not a quite hotel. Though rooms are quite big, well maintained, neat and clean but too much noise and disturbance outside rooms which the hotel authorities should take care of. Overall, an average stay but can be proved more.

Rooms are really good but I have few suggestions as mentioned below 1. Plz install wash jet in the commode, because it's very inconvenient to use the toilet in the current condition. 2. Plz provide use n throw sliper for your customers 3. Provide clean kettle to your customers I strongly believe if you implement the above mentioned suggestions it would definitely increase the customer satisfaction and improve your business. Quality of the room wasn’t good and luxury as per the price. No hot water in the bath room. No hot water jug in the room to make tea or coffee for ownself.

Location is the Best .But n Don't have high expectations as the place is not appropriate for corporate press conference.Also the food served is not up to mark as per the price charged. The food quantity served during the event was poor. Had raised the issue of stale snacks served in the event to the concerned.

Stayed in newly built room club luxuria which is spacias neat and clean. Hotel situated in main city. Easily approachable from Bus stand and station too.. Room service was good nice food. Staff was helpful overall good experience.

Good location, clean bed sheets, clean rooms, complimentary tea and 500 ml water bottle. Parking is available. Bathroom toiletries are of decent quality, towels are clean, bathrooms have some leaky taps and showers. They provide normal iron on request if you don't want their laundry. Nearby grocery stores are available for water or snacks if you need. Eateries are available nearby. Zomato swiggy deliver here. The breakfast they serve has decent and tasty options but the way they serve is awesome. Two boys were on duty Abhishek and Suraj served us with lots of love. They were very very very respectful and always smiling. They also catered to a request for my 2 year old daughter. If the owners read this take care of these 2 boys. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A great hotel experience with comfortable rooms and courteous staff with active service gesture. Every time, every department was ready to serve us that may be front desk, room service, restaurant or anything else... someone will be there to care you within minutes. Reasonably priced for every thing is icing on the cake. Specially want to mention a name of a boy GAURAV for his awesome and courteous service at buffet breakfast.

This is a great budget hotel experience. Our rooms were very comfortable and the staff was so kind. Any time we called the front desk someone came to our room within minutes. Room service was very reasonably priced plus delicious. The breakfast buffet of Indian dishes was good and you could order Western food if you wanted. Laundry service was a great price. A little noisy in our room (a white noise track helped) but friends said their rooms were quiet. Located on a street with little convenience stores and shopping. Will absolutely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel last month. Location wise it's in a busy area and there are many shops around the place. The rooms are good and clean. They have a parking facility a few buildings from the hotel. That's OK in general, it's not that good when you think about moving your luggage from your car to the hotel and vice versa. While I don't have any major complaints about the service/rooms, I found this a bit costly compared to what it offers.
