Very very bad service!!# Bus was dirty, filthy , torn seats, full of illegal transport goods, No AC,,,( though they charge for) glasses broken !! Nobody should book them, staff was drunk fighting among themselves, abusive language, quite scary n unsafe, they wasted my time at night hours, I had to quit my trip with them , my money wasted, forfeited by them. I went to ISBT Kashmiri gate & picked up an Uttarakhand roadways bud which was much comfortable n cheaper n safe at night.

City Heart Travels is one of the best travel agency if you want to explore Himachal Pradesh . They provide nice service in the bus . Blankets are provided in the bus and on every seat you will get charging port . My overall experience was too good ....

No proper management of sitting and passenger comfort,which city heart tour and travels I know is not now the same as before cozy and comfortable

They merged 2 bus passengers into one old junk bus which was worst seen in my life, seats were not push back and hard, had lots of vibrations and noise, changed our seats with information and gave us last seats. When spoke to bus staff they were rude and threatening. I will advise all travellers not to use this bus service even if its for free.

Worst Service bus was not filled and was stopping again n again to get filled up on every local bus stops.There was nothing called Air Suspension in this bus everyone was shouting regarding this each one present complain regarding the jerks just same as local roadways bus. Terrible service fully wastage of money instead go for local roadways bus at a low price with same services.😟😟

We booked on this agency to travel from Delhi to nainital, being from outstation we went by their instruction , Time to board was 9.30pm, finally we boarded at 10. and the bus moved to a petrol bunk and halted for 40 minutes ...then journey started at 11pm, due to road construction journey was slow, we reached Haldwani and passengers to Nanital had to step out into a smaller van, it did not have sufficient seats few had to sit on the floor and on the tool box. We finally reached Nanital @11 am 12 hours for a 6+ journey .with only one stopover. The worst journey in our life.. will never ever recommend City Heart Travels. Horrible agency

Worst bus agency ever, pathetic and horrible experience. Stay away from these touts. Booked a bus from Delhi to Mussoorie. Stopped mid way and asked us to get in taxis for the rest of the way .However they did not have enough taxis for all the passengers. We were technically left stranded in the middle while the staff played blame game. The staff was rude and pathetic. The owner did not pick up the phone and hence took no responsibility.

Today I've travel in your bus from Delhi to Khatima.. really such a very Bad experience I had never been in my entire life.. outside temperature on peak time and Our Driver Sahab In Every 10 Minutes he switched off AC for 15 - 20 minutes then he restart AC for next 5-10 minutes then again he switched Off AC.. when I complaint to Driver Sahab He said : 'Apna Blower To On Karo' And Infront of me He Switched On AC .. We're mad people who closed Blower in Peak summer.. Then I Said Him : Please Take 100-200 Rupees From Me But Please Don't Switch Off AC.. Really It's My Worst Traveling Experience

Worst service. They provide bus from Delhi to Agra, the seats of the bus are faulty. But they don’t took any response when report this issue. Also they don’t refund the money. Please don’t spoil your vacation using their service

Very very poor and hilarious service...... Staff treat pasengers like slaves..... I travelled last night. From delhi kashmiri gate to haldwani.. From bus no. UP 22 8344, with ticket managrer bacchi bhai.. And driver name dharma.... I came literally standing in bus... They did not even provide me a seat.......just imagine a bus with a ticket without a seat from delhi to haldwani.... And the driver dharma... Very illmanered guy... Even the ladies in bus were treated badly... Never ever prefer hina travells.. City heart travels...

I wish there was minus rating to this bus. In my humble opinion, they should be banded from operating anywhere on this planet. Bus from Bhuntar to Delhi. Scheduled time: 08.30 PM Dep and arrival next morning at 08.30 AM. Actual time: Dep: 12.40 AM Arr: 15.30 PM Worst bus ever. They don't have proper documents to operate. Stopped at every place they wanted. No accountability. Worst staff. Even worst operator. I did a mistake of not checking the reviews before booking, please do yourself a favour and avoid this operator at all costs.

I travelled today 3rd June 22 Worst bus service ever of city heart travel They took AC service charges but ac does not work . Driver , bachhi ticket conducter and helper behave is very much illiterate, they treat passengers like dogs Most hilarious experience ever They dropped passengers on the way rudrapur and hire a small auto but charged fair of ac service complete from delhi to haldawani I do not prefer or suggest to travel with this travel I demand to close this company from transport dept.

Bus services are good and very comfortable for long journey.
