Very bad, totally mismanaged and little empathy for patients...Docs and nursing staff are overworked, patient attendants have to run themselves here and there for arranging medicines or tests...

Heavily busy, staff are cordial and take care of patients.

Third class management. My patient was admitted around 11Am in accident case. They didnt even clean his blood from injuries even asking multiple times. Finally had to do it oneself at home. Nurse are not trained enough to listen. One of them turned broken hand without even asking.

Best hospital in NCR for better treatment of every disease at the affordable prices and the medical staff are well experienced.

Sir Ganga raam my experience is very bad because (1) paitent treatment very high cost (2) room service not fastly available (3) patient test not fastly available because. The patient has to remain lying down for a long time. (4) If money is given before insurance, they say yes first. After that we refuse that we will not take money from insurance.

My personal experience was very bad. No proper management, Doctor's consistency fees are too high. The minimum fees are ₹1500 which was earlier ₹1000 and the Avarage fees are ₹2000. Even after these high fees, doctors treated their patients very casually. Not confirmed about all doctors but in my case Dr. Punita Bhardwaj was very rude and casual. Although they have very big infrastructure and are well equipped but they don't have authority to exploit their patients like this.

My personal exp is very bad in nephrology Private OPD , totally mismanaged. You have to wait 2-3 hrs for the doctor just like govt hospital. Then why we pay high fee.

Gud treatment very very best doctor

It is a multi speciality hospital. Where cardiologist Rajneesh Jain & neurologist Rajeev Ranjan is there to save someone's life. Because my close relative was once stood up on his own feet. May MAA Jhandewali & MAA Vaishno Mata always bless both of them.

Emergency services are under pressure theSe days, owing to the covid scare. But, during the time I happened to be in the hospital emergency healthcare services remained within control in Gangaram hospital. Following the covid protocol at times leads to some delay in providing the Medicare.

emergency response is very good. I have seen no tendency in emergency like pvt hospitals do to cheat and charge heavily.

Infrastructure is good as per medical standards. But it is really crowded these days with patients due to the rising covid cases. Patients and attendants here are on their own as no one listen or come for help as the staff is overburdened with so many patients. Sorry to say this but the Doctors or nurses come to attend patients only when they are about to collapse or in a very serious condition. Its totally messed up here at this point of time.
