Lassi was sour Puri was not warm Aaloo or kadima whatever curry it was it was hard Waste of my time I just liked that badam milk- nothing extraordinary but was good. People here are very polite, If you are at chowri bazar it is a good place for your breakfast. But for those who see its reviews on YouTube and wanna come here for something extraordinary… then i am sorry to say- delete this from your list.

One of the most iconic shops of entire DELHI NCR for sweets and savoury stuff. My personal favourite is Bedmi Aloo and Nagori Halwa which I have been enjoying here since 15 years and nothing had changed. The taste, quality and quantity has always remained consistent. 100% recommended.

Taste – 5/5 Portions – 5/5 Service – 5/5 Value for money – 5/5 This place serves one of the favourite breakfast option for every delhiite out there, bedmi puri with sabzi since 1910 in chawri bazar, old delhi. A small place with limited tables, this place is very famous among the localites for its flavours. Great service, friendly staff and pocket friendly prices has kept the place super hit over all these years. I tried all their signatures: 1. Bedmi puri with sabzi – 5/5 Filled with delicious lentil (daal) stuffing and fried till perfection, these crispy puris are served with jeera hing alloo sabzi and kofta sabzi on the side which is slightly on the lower spicy end. This meal is just a burst of true Indian flavours in each bite and you would to eat more with each bite. The flavours are captivating and would stay with you much longer than the meal. 2. Nagori halwa – 5/5 Sooji halwa served with fried semolina (sooji) based puri is a dessert that you cant afford to miss. The perfectly cooked hot sooji halwa is filled inside the puri just like a golgappa and then indulged in. This breakfast option along with the bedmi definitely qualify for one of the most traditionally rich and delicious breakfasts that I have ever had. 3. Lassi – 5/5 Absolutely loved their thick creamy sweet chilled lassi served in kulhad. Nothing could have accompanied the hot puris like this goodness served in a kulhad. You are missing out on something major in your life if you haven’t tried their bedmi with nagori halwa for breakfast.

One of the crowd favorite place for breakfast in Chawri Bazar, and very popular with foodies visiting Delhi 6. One of the few remaining eatery that still serves Nagori Halwa Puri, which is a crisp & thick poori made of suji with a very tasty suji halwa. Also, their bedmi poori sabji is very tasty, they serve with a very unique lauki a achar. The sabji consists of a plate of heeng wale aloo sabji and a smaller plate of chana. The sweet lassi served in a kulhad was average. Very quick and efficient service.

If you’re looking for good options for Breakfast in Chandni chowk this is the place for you. I was trying There food for almost 2-3 years apart and the quality of food is still intact, Definite Try is “ Nagori Poori - Halwa and Sweet Lassi.”

On my first visit here years back, I did not like this much. After watching a lot of good reviews online, I gave this place another try. And my latest experience is the same as the first one. Only the Bedmi Puri is good. Aloo Sabzi is okayish and Chhole/Chane is bland. Halwa is fine but the Nagori is way too oily. Not worth the hype. Only because of its legacy, people are visiting.

A must visit place if you are in old Delhi. This restaurant is famous for it's bedami puri. Do try it out as you will definitely love it. Sweets and other snacks are also served here. You have to stand and eat here. It is usually crowded over the weekends. But is is worth waiting for!

This shop is running by 6th generation of the family so proudly and after a tiring walk in the market, people take a pause here to munch and they sell fabulous lassi and matar ki kachori is must try. Thanks Service:-5/5 Food:-4/5 Cleanliness:-4/5

Amazing and savory food. Everything was fresh at a very reasonable price. The dhoklas were very tangy and soft and I'll definitely have them again. The lassi was quite thick, rejuvinating and perfect for summers. The staff is very kind and humble as well.

It's good for taste but there is no sitting arrangement for family and friends. Prices are little bit high.

Rude behaviour of the staff and the owner. Worst experience ever. I went there for the first time there to have nagori puri but it was finished. So we ordered samosas and paneer pakoda. They served it with chutney in same plate with chutney. Cherry on top was that they mixed both chutney(green and red) in one. This doesn't annoyed me at all. But when my brother asked for extra chutney(only red chutney separately), the staff denied. I have never seen someone denying extra chutney and started arguing with us. After arguing with the staff they gave us the chutney. But our experienced and mood was spoiled and we ate half heartedly. Never recommended anyone to go to this place Ambience is not all clean, there is an open manhole behind the it which made it difficult to breathe. Zero stars for staff behaviour

Crowded and expensive. The locality would enjoy it, but not the explorers. They don't accept cards, yet they have UPI. Freshness of sweets is sometimes doubtful.

Accepts only Cash, no card/wallets. Offers all sorts of sweets and namkeens. Very famous in this area of old Delhi. Have recently moved to a bigger better shop just next to the old one. 3 stars because they accept only Cash and never give a receipt. Only rough bills given on a chit of paper.
