Supporting staff, easy to approach, service is good

I had very bad experience with them. i am trying to complain maruti but i am unable to do so online. they commit to check full body but never do so. they didn't check coolant and brake which has stucked me in long drive if had not checked coolant when car was heating, then it could have been problem. when i called them they said it must be leaking from somewhere but since i have poured coolant i can not see any reduction. i also sent them pictures for the same but no response. they just change engine oil wash and give you back.

If you have access to another authorized service center that's a bit further away, I would recommend choosing that one instead of this service center. This center seems to function more as an outsourced center and the team doesn't appear to be very professional. You'll need to follow up to ensure that things are progressing correctly. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this center a 6.

My first time experience was so good with sec 9 maruti Suzuki service centre. They give car on time with full service. Staff is very cooperative ,CCM Renu Dalal ,SA Lal Bahadur.
