I consulted Dr. Harbans Lal, Delhi Eye Center for my 8 year old Kid. She has a lazy eye/squint in her right one. We were advised to take 20 sessions of Eye Therapy in their center. It’s been 10 sessions as of now and there is a significant change in her vision. When it comes to kids we all are extra cautious and so is the team at Delhi Eye Center. Highly Recommended!!

I have been here and my experience was not good. I had some problem in my eyes after having eye procedure at their clinic but Dr. Harbans Lal did not allow me to speak completely, instead he tried to send me back. He is very authoritative who did not allowed me tell my problem completely. Instead he made me visit clinic multiple times saying he is their to solve issue but he never let me speak and every time his attitude was same. He kept on saying I am wasting his time as if my time is not precious and only his time is precious. Even doctor's at AIIMS don't say like this who handle huge crowd daily. They charge so high and still this is their way of dealing with patients. Moreover his daughther Dr. Ikeda who did my procedure is neither good at clinical work nor her behaviour is acceptable. Because of her irresponsible preoperative assessment, she could not give the results well. They are very good at diverting the issue. I have written this review after waiting for sufficient time. They asked me for my MRN no. which I have provided but still even after more than a week there is no response from them. This is their standard way of dealing with criticism. In such instances they say that they don't find patients details in their database. How evasive? Moreove they are asking for such information like MRN no. and patient name on public platform which they should have asked separately. These are their protocol and rules. But still I gave them. I have provided a genuine review since I can't succumb under their pressure to write review as per their needs. There should be genuineness and orderly conduct in business especially if it relates to medical profession. But this is absolutely lacking here.

We got cataract surgery done for both left eye and right eye. Although due to advancement of technology, the procedure has become very comfortable for the patient, but the doctor plays a crucial role in performing the surgery. Dr. Ikeda Lal performed the surgery and we would highly recommend her and Delhi Eye Centre for all eye related concerns. The staff is very friendly The doctor is explains all details very minutely and is jolly in nature. Highly recommendable!!!

I got my lasik done in Delhi eye centre, Initially I was a little doubtful about getting lasik done, however after speaking to Dr. Ikeda Lal, I felt confident as she explained me the whole procedure, answered all my questions and clarified my doubts very patiently. Delhi eye center is is a very good eye clinic in New Rajendra Nagar, staff is very supportive, and Dr Lal is very professional and polite and will explain you and clarify all your doubts in detail. You will also get cashless medical Insurance facility if you want to have a clim from your medical insurance.

I was diagnosed by Dr Ikeda but my problem was not solved related to watery eye. Her suggestion related to change of glasses was complete irrelevant which i came to know when i got second opinion from another ophthalmologist. Finally the other doctor was more helpful in this regard than this center. Please look for other options that are economical and better than this.

Extremally pathetic eye center one can ever visit. The primary focus is just to mint money. Please be cautious and don't be a victim of fake advertisement.

She was also very kind and listened to me with patience. I visit twice for my left eye swelling and pain but no relief. Doctor prescribed me wrong glasses no. I waste 2400 rupees on wrong no. glasses. I waste almost 5000 in two visit but didn't get any relief

They are not even capable of performing a simple basic eye test! I paid good money for a totally wrong specs prescription. Their "world class" is just a joke.
