    I booked the hotel. I called them to tell them I will be arriving late. They said, it's better you don't come, as you won't get booking here. It was said to me when my booking was confirmed online. The amount for which I booked was 800 and they said to me either give 2000 or cancel your online booking. I told them the cancellation time is already gone. They didn't listen and hung up the call. These money minting approach and rude behavior of today's hotels especially this hotel is really really bad.

    1. AC was not working. 2. Shower was not working 3. Meals are not available in hotel, need to bring from outside. 4. Hotel area was unsafe and there is no hygienic food joint or restuarant nearby. 5. No toiletries were provided. 6.Intercom was not working due to which I wasn't able to even speak with hotel staff or reception. 7. They have not provided any information too in the room so that if anyone wants to connect hotel staff which can be dangerous if someone needs immediate help. I had a worst experience.

    Pathetic hotel and staff. Stayed for 3 days and had to extent for another day, they charged almost double compared to what I paid for 3 days. They did not provide most of the things like soap, towels or even water bottles. I had to continously ring them up for such basic amenities. During my stay water was cut off 2 times and had to inform them. Rooms had this obnoxious smell coming from the drainage system attached to the bathroom. Overall very unpleasant experience, would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Here is my review of the experience in the worst hotel ever: ~The staff at reception was very unprofessional and rude. ~Bedsheet was filthy, even after calling for housekeeping, the room was still dirty. ~Had to call them thrice to clean the room also the room had an unpleasant smell. ~The food is not provided by the hotel, had to order food daily. ~The service was very late. Had to wait for half an hour or more to get room service. ~The hotel is located in an unsafe locality, even if you have lots of luggage, they don't even bother to provide help. ~The underneath of the bed was dirty from the starting, it had cigarette buds and alcohol bottle. Highly disappointed with my stay and especially the reception staff and recommend everybody to search hotel elsewhere.

    I already paid for the hotel for online with oyo app around 702rs after that I informed to the hotel to checkin around 11:00pm to 11:30pm ,after that once i reached to the hotel at night around 11:30pm yesterday then they are asking to pay extra amout of 700rs then i refuse to pay that amount to them then started fighting with me and my partner. So at that situation they told me that we don't want to give this hotel at that price then i tell them i already paid the hotel charges but they refuse to give me the room after that i paid to them 400rs extra for the room kindly check the attached screenshot of the payment. I paid because we don't have a anyother option because of night 11:30pm time situation we need a room and i want my money back they hotel maneger are scammer and fraud after that hotel staff members also told us we did right to fight for our rights but because of my partner at the night time situation we paid the extra charges in that critical situation, kindly please take a action for this kind of fraud and kindly refund our money back. Other wise i am going to file a complaint with the consumer court. Kindly take a action on them i am waiting for your positive response i want my refund otherwise be ready for the case with consumer court.     The Hotel Golden Glorry Staff Is Very Rudee & lair , I'm Booked My Room 632 Rupees But Hotal charges 1500+GST, After Check In No One Come to Clean the Room, Tv & Ac Not Working, Multiple times I'm Requested to Connect TV via Wifi But No One & Not shared Wifi Password. PLEASE don't Book It,

    This hotel staff is soo rude and don't have any kind of management. They don't know how to deal with their clients, the room are very high costing but service is zero. I'm not recommend to my friends for stay in golden Glory Ac is not working, cleanness of room is very very poor. Now we never visit in golden glory. They don't have to respect their guests....

    I had booked the hotel through Oyo, and faced two extremely bad incidents. 1. At the time of check in the receipt denied the booking of Oyo by saying they are not accepting Oyo bookings and asked me pay more if I want to stay. 2. In the mid night someone knocked the door and asked me to open the door which was very horrible because we felt so much unsafe he knocked many times and continuously said to open the door. Then he was laughing and gone after too much whispering sounds coming from outside it was like someone is waiting that when we open the gate. At that time I decided to check out and I call my friends to come just for a safety purpose. And In that situation I felt Oyo didn't take any responsibility, it was not the time to call on customer care and waiting for the response.

    This hotel maneger are scammer and fraud they charge extra amount at the time of the check-in, never ever visit this hotel , pathatic service , missbehave with the girls by maneger and rude behave , never visit this hotel, going to complaint about this hotel to consumer court.

    Be it from room service to other amenities all are bad. Moreover they don't accept bookings from oyo even if you see it on the app. Not recommended

    1. No Kitchen 2. No Toilet Paper 3. Room was not properly cleaned. There was chewing gum on the table. 4. Phones were not working. Only good thing was the staff. They were well behaved.

    Please update rooms price because nowadays we don't carry more money receptionest charges 800 more for the room. In the room no dustbin available and TV remote also not working. No towel for bathing. 1st thing please update room price of this hotel. The price of mine room is 1500 and i was booked the hotel on Oyo apk in just 720 rupees but receptionist charges 1500/-.
