On suggestion of a close friend, took my mother who was suffering from a Disc Bulge to Dr. Gupta. She wasn't able to walk due to the chronic pain which travelled from her lower back to her right limb. We have experienced excellent service by Neeraj sir for my father's surgery and treatment for the spine. Dr Neeraj Gupta is amazing doctor, he is focused and has a very good understanding of spine. He had operated my wife for lumber disk removal (L5 S1 Disk) and put implants as her disk got slip and came out on nerves. The operation is very successful, she has completely recovered from her pain. Her disk was slip from long time because of that she had back pain from past 10 - 11 years. Now her numbness in thighs, hips is gone, her left leg which was not working properly is working properly.

I was suffering from a terrible back pain that radiated along the whole of my right leg. Sitting down, walking, everything became difficult. I consulted Dr Neeraj and underwent surgery. We went to consult Dr Mr Neeraj Gupta regarding L4 , L5 and S1 on 3th Oct from Guwahati , Assam in Indian Spine and Surgery Hospital We were asked to get X-ray and post X-ray doctor advised us to get operate asap. After few formalities we were asked to get admit on 5th Oct. The admission process went so smoothly . We got evaluated by team of Spine, Surgeon and was diagnosed as a case of PIVID L5-S1 right sided with right S1 radiculopathy. Cardiology consultation was taken by Dr Asheem Dhall prior surgical clearance. Doctor advised for 2d Echo. Once 2d Echo was done it showed positive for RMI. Hence further cardiology doctor advised for Engiographgy. Hence further CAG was done and it showed clear blockage and patient was given clearance for surgery with high risk. On the contrary we were high sugar patient. Constant monitoring was done by Dr Neeraj Gupta team members and his fellow doctors. It was Dr Neeraj Gupta who supported us who gave high hopes and assured us and said My patient falls under 5% risk category. Just make sure 95% risk was taken by Dr Neeraj Gupta ji. Dr. Neeraj Gupta is one of the best spine surgeons we have ever met. We are in contact with him for last 7 years and till date we are getting excellent advise and treatment from him.

I first consulted with Dr. Neeraj Gupta in Dec'22 as I had severe lower back pain radiating in both legs and difficulty walking even moderate distances. The Doctor heard me out patiently and diagnosed the root cause and advised the way forward after very carefully examining the MRI and the X-ray. He had advised surgery immediately and explained the reasons on the MRI and the X-ray. I was concerned about undergoing a surgery owing to the inherent risks in that. The Doctor took my concerns into account and prescribed medications even though an operation was required in his considered opinion to address the root cause of the problem. I tried the medicines and physiotherapy for 3/4 months but these only yielded temporary relief and the underlying conditions worsened to an extent that I was struggling to walk properly.
