I ordered to-go and put everything into a pot at home (only stuff ordered from Slice). About half way through my meal, I started to notice tiny little black and grayish dots floating around, and it turned out I got a full pot of BUGS!!! I literally picked out 25+ bugs (see attached pics) and I'm pretty sure there are still many more in there and I must have already consumed some too. This is the grossest dining experience. I remember seeing tiny black dots when I ate inside the restaurant too but it wasn't this many and I assumed it was spice or food crumbs. But in reality, when you look closely you can see they are bugs with legs and bigger ones with wings. This made me believe this is not an issue just today but a on-going negligence for customer's health and food quality. You have been warned. I have confirmed that every tiny little black & grayish dots you see in the broth turned out to be bugs. These tiny bugs can easily be missed, like even with 25+ bugs I didn't notice until I was already half way through. Not sure if they came with the meat or broth. This used to be my favorite Shabu but I will never visit them again after I realized how utterly unacceptable their health and food quality standard is!

My first time trying out this food. It was amazing! Very yummy and the server was very helpful and very attentive. We got there at 9 pm so we got some good deals for happy hour! This place it's a must!!

This was my first shabu shabu experience and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and surprising. It is not cheap, but for a reason, you won't regret eating here.

It's always a five star experience. The house made broths are so delicious.

The best Shabu is Orange County. If they could improve their service and maybe hire another person or two it would be amazing as they have a good location and great food

Decent experience. Quality meat and vegetables. Broth could more tasty. Good experience, but it seems like it's just for that. The experience and not necessarily the food.

Loved it! First time here, the waitress helped me narrow down the menu options and helped explain the cooking process. You choose your meat, broth, sauces, and noodles, then you cook it all yourself on a stove. So flavorful, really delicious, and healthy. They also offer lunch specials. I would definitely come back!

Delicious and experience, definitely worth going in a group so you can try a few different cuts of meat. We tried the spicy miso and pork bone broth with a perfect mix of flavor and spicy. I personally love being able to try small portions of a lot of different things, so this was perfect. Wygu beef, aged Angus and short rib - delicious
