This used to be one of my favourite stops knowing that the R2 you pay to be able to use the restrooms are worth every Sent... Not any more. Now it's on my list to avoid. Filthy restrooms with no soap, no sanitiser, almost no toilet paper and the toilet does not flush properly, not even after 3 flushes. Terrible, but you still have to pay R2 even if the locks don't work. Shocking!

Was there this morning, to buy a pie, since I haven't had breakfast this morning. After being helped by one of the workers, another shouted for me to go to them for help, I stayed by the first worker because she already took my order. After about 2 min the first worker came back and told me I have to go to the other worker, I was mad at that point. Why take my order if you're not going to help me? The second worker then helped me but only after telling everyone how dumb I am in her home language. Won't ever stop there again, going to fresh stop from now on.

Very bad service, will never go there again. You wait and nobody helps you, one guy was talking to his friend the other one just looks past me and doesn't even say good morning and this is not the first time this happens.

Kiosk is nice. Wide variety to choose from. Just a pity the service at petrol station suck. Sorry, I did not get service. Drove to another filling station to get diesel.

Not the best location, traffic jams. You pay for restrooms and their condition is not the best.

Parking is very and when the centre is busy it is a nightmare. There are always young people hanging around there begging for money and they have been selling the indigenous chameleons for years for extra money which is illegal. I have been traveling that route for the last 18 years and nothing has changed

Good stop over, recently refurbished. 3 take away options and a shop at Shell. Pay toilets puzzling, no other ultra or engen stops along N6 or N1 have pay toilets

Poor customer service from fuel attendant, I always try and avoid filling out on this station. After waiting for long without assistance was told the tank didn't have diesel I must move to another tank. Why not put a written note!!!

We stopped for coffee and Lungani (one of the fuel attendants) was so friendly and helpful. He washed our windows without us asking. (We did not full up)

False adverting of the price of diesel - advertised as R19.87 / liter and charged R20.31. Avoid.
