Great place to buy sweets from. Amazing customer service and great food acts as cherry on the cake. Usually their service is quick, but many times due to confusion of order numbers an unexpected delay is caused which effects all the counters. Also they do not provide WiFi so make sure to check your internet speed before placing the order in order to avoid any issues.

Loved the whole view 🤩. Taste wise amazing Family restaurant. Group gathering or birthday gathering are also possible because of the wide space and beautiful interior design. Easy to locate and public transport are also easily available. Priceing is regular not too expensive. You can get cakes, sweets, food, snakes all at one place. Overall very nice experience going there.

Just like other haldiram, but this one is certainly not meeting the one in NCR. Still, i would say a decent place to have food and enjoy with family and friends. Prepered on top of any other budget place when it comes only vegetarian food.

Ambience was quite good and place was clean and hygiene. You will get variety of snacks and main course at a reasonable price here. Also I tried the haldiram special Raj kachori which I didn't find somewhat great that's the reason I'm giving 4 star instead of 5

It is a great place for family get together. We ordered veg noodle, masala dosa, onion uttapam and coke. Everything was tasty and the service was also fast. The staff was friendly and gave good service.

This is a food court and varieties of option for food is available at this place but this is a vegetarian place. Apart from food to eat they have many snacks and savories option for a light meal or breakfast. And a additional counter for sweets Assorted indian sweets and cookies also available. Love this place but this is not the original Haldiram food chain. And this place is very much expensive.

It's a good dining place but now with time the place started to look old, they need to renovate the sitting. Also the food quality can be better, specially when you're serving North Indian food in the heart of North India. Parking is available and is enough. Also ample sweet and snacks options are there to choose from.

Serves really good food and is also nice in taste. Personally, I suggest both North and South Indian cuisine. Spacious for family dining and a nice environment to enjoy in a group.

Worst restaurant I ever visited. They are only concerned about the parcel delivery rather than the timely fulfillment of the dine-in order. I waited for 45-50 minutes with order No. 316 dated 21 Nov 2022 @ 21:31 hrs but there was no response from the staff and the person on the delivery counter handed over 18-20 packed parcels which seem to be from online order. On inquiry, the person on the delivery counter instructed his cook to start preparing my order at 22:05 hrs. For 35 minutes my order was not intimated to the cook..... And the thing is it was a Monday and not the weekend when there were hardly any rush in the restaurant..

Overall, it is ok but most painful thing is "self-service". They don't even serve the glasses to pour water to drink. That you need to ask for. In the group of 2-3 people, self service ok. But when you visit this place in larger group, like we visited this place few days back (with 8 friends), this self service becomes painful. You went out with your friends to hangout and your half of the time is spent in watching your number on counter and collecting the food from counter etc. I would suggest that, if you have large group, don't dine in here, go somewhere else.

You get to see so many options from chaats to North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese. The taste and quality of food is generally good. What I dislike is the fact that it's a self-service restaurant and not a full service one. It's a nice and economical place considering the quality and hygiene standards.

Extremely poor service, even at this level of crowd. Cant imagine the situation during peak hours. I had to wait nearly 30mins for my order, even on Saturday evening. Extremely disappointed with the staff service. Also, attached is the picture of crispy baby corn (Rs 280) that i received after 30mins of wait. This thing for this price. Someone just fried the baby corns and added salt on it. Pathetic taste. Extremely poor quality. So disappointed.
