It was as i thought it should be, i love it there. It was so beautiful atmosphere..i ordered aglio e olio & vanila milkshake....both are delicious but aglio e olio was not to my taste...i mean i was good but i just like spicy, salty type of foods so but i ordered it cause i always wanted to try it and it taste doesn't bad ..it was good & milkshake was refreshing and tasty 😋 over all i was comfortable there and i went with my cousin..she treated me..it was her birthday 🎂 so nice 👍

One of the best places in Allahabad to grab continental/ Pan-asian cuisines. A wide assortment of dishes, especially for non-vegetarians. Beautiful interiors and good ambience. The best part though happens to be their portion size. It's easily enough for 2 people. Good service.

Extremely good! The moment you enter the restaurant on the first floor you are greeted with a fine ambience. And this is Eden's USP. The restaurant is tastefully done and is very articulate in decor. Anybody will be impressed. Now food. It's second to none. The tables are well organised, furniture is comfortable, cutlery is good and the service courteous; perfect basics to enjoy your dinner on an outing. The menu card is elaborate though the colours used in printing make it not-easy-to read at times. Dim lighting makes the reading even more difficult. They should take care with better font selection and the colours. Try something different, particularly chicken, fish or prawn. I'm sure you will not be disappointed. We ordered vegetable Thai curry-- green that comes with steamed rice. Superb, I would say. By the way there was more gravy in the bowl with lesser vegetables. Broccoli and mushroom pieces were very small. I also expected more of veggies like pasta, beans and carrots added to it. In fact, I wanted to enjoy some veggies in every bite. I had ordered chicken ghee roast. It tasted extremely good. Chicken was cut into small pieces pieces which were served in a small bowl. The gravy was quite thick with soft, succulent boneless pieces of chicken. My only complaint is quantity which was less than expected. I also ordered Amritsari fish fried. Awesome. Despite all goodness I felt there was some smell in fish though my wife didn't agree. When in Allahabad don't forget to come to this outlet which is in Civil Lines locality. Yes, you may have to order a little bit more if you are very hungry. By all means I am impressed mainly because they make you feel very comfortable. By the time you order the food and it arrives on your table you are fully relaxed, engrossed in conversation and therefore less likely to pay attention to smaller issues like quantity, water quality etc. Highly recommended for people who love soft ambience, good food, peaceful environment and comfortable seating which is supported by tasty dishes.

The ambiance is stunning both indoors and outdoors sitting area, especially with the enchanting lighting at night. The sitting areas are beautifully designed. Regarding the food, the flatbreads were delightful, and the chicken tikka was delicious. However, the lehsuni paneer tikka fell short in taste. For the main course, both the chicken Kali mirch and paneer butter masala were enjoyable. While the taste was satisfying, the service was notably slow. Improving the service would complement the excellent food experience.

Just okay experience. Ambience was good, decor was even better. Food is just okay. But which broke our hearts and annoyed was that stale rice was served. Parts of the platter was missing. When told them that menu and platter doesn't match, the waiter was clue less. So just be aware.

Ambience is one of the best in town and wide range of menu. This visit, I tried chicken tikka, butter paneer masala, flat bread(three cheese with basil) , Andhra chicken 65. Taste and portion both are good. Love their ambience, outdoor seating amd serving. Food is delicious and their entire menu is a must try.!! Staff is courteous and fast service. Place is packed at lunch/dinner time.

I recently dined at this amazing restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed. Place was bit difficult to find as the path was between buildings and too steep. Food and ambience was awesome. Starters and continental delicacies are the best. Cost bit on higher range but if you want to choose quality over quantity (Sorry BBQ Nation), go for it. MUST TRY: Delhi style chicken tikka, fish orly and bhoot zolokia chicken.

We are new to the city...and in the old town of Allahabad there are but few decent eat outs to go to. Eden Cafe was recommended to us as one of them. During our first visit we loved the decor and ambience, the food was ok, but we found the service extremely slow. Had the same experience the second time. Visited for the third time with extended family today. No one bothered to serve water, even after requesting after 10 minutes of waiting, no one turned up. Finally I had to get up myself from the chair and go to the 4 waiters/waitresses standing and ask them if they wished to serve water or not. While this happened we had already prompted them 3 times over 18 minutes to take our order. Finally a dish arrives: watermelon feta cheese salad with few tiny droplets of feta cheese (photo attached). The dish costs Rs 400/- plus and they served water melon topped with mint leaves worth Rs 20/- in all. Why do they bother to print such a menu when they can't actually make what's in it? We decided to cancel the order as we already knew about their poor/slow service and didn't wish to continue this way. Finally when asked for the bill (ourselves as nobody was keen to bring it to us on their own), a waitress comes smirking and bangs the ceramic pot containing the bill hard on our table! Well well well! So this is the hospitality of one of the go to places of Prayagraj! Not only this, but the table next to us was continously being looked after! The stark difference in service was so obvious! I had no choice but to inform the waitress and the staff that each customer is paying and needs to be looked after well! Only that ensures their salaries...the hospitality industry doesn't happen to maintain itself without doing that! The staff is totally untrained and unbothered...and it speaks volumes about the management of the restaurant... I read many other reviews after today's experience and the poor and slow service has been mentioned by several other customers too... Even after mentioning the experience to the so called senior in the staff there was absolutely no regret in any one of them....there was no sorry feeling in them...as if it was a routine for them... It was an extremely disappointing experience... We are regulars in visiting different places and good eat outs in those places...we don't mind paying extra for a good ambience, courteous staff and good food and believe in leaving a handsome tip as well each time...but lo! This was extreme! Have come across something like this for the first time in my life.... extremely saddening... Definitely don't recommend it to people looking for a good service and good food! They are definitely lacking... You may need to be really well known to the restaurant people i feel to get a better service...I don't understand any other reason for better service that was being provided to the table next to ours! Nevertheless the food isn't worth it anyway!

Very nice place to dine out in Civil lines Prayagraj. Though they specialize in Continental, various Indian regional dishes from Andhra, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Bengal etc. are quite good. With limited seating facilities, the place offers a sophisticated and calm atmosphere. The price is a little on the higher side but the quality as well as quantity combined justifies the price.

The cafe is a cute one. Lovely sitting arrangements and decorations. We had ordered one platter of ghee roast chicken And Malabar parota. It was delicious! I had a pleasant evening. Although the prices of the food are on a little higher end.

Excellent food for highly privileged peoples only. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can be expensive but worth it for high standards people not for us common people. And aura is very cool and pleasant , open area tables are also available , worth going if you want to click perfect pictures because greenery is all there outside dining area , just loved it only because of its environment , interior designs . Ambiance is literally warming and welcoming but only ambiance and nothing else . Service was not up to the mark , waited for long . Ordered Tetrazzini , that time we didn't know what actually it is , even we didn't know anything in the menu . But after eating we get to know what actually it is . If you are food explorer , then you have to go . Otherwise in my view it's for high class peoples or who used travel outside the country and know more foods option .

When it's ur first visit to the city and u get the place something like this Which u were looking for. A well themed cafe with an excellent food, well trained staffs and outstanding service. Hospitality at its finest. So start with the menu : Hot and sour soup : well balanced and nothing is overpowered. Tandoori chicken : well plated, juicy and tender tandoori pieces Mutton fry : well cooked dry preparation of mutton , something like Kerala style mutton pepper fry served with Malabar Paratha. I ate poached prawn sushi and shepherd's pie. Both were on point. The ambience, goes without saying it is beautiful both the restaurant and terrace area. The staff is a little off putting. And they don't have many options from one specific cuisine to choose from. But are definitely trying their hands on different things to introduce a new taste to the town.

Overall the restaurant is good , the hospitality is very good . The food is good but a little expensive but the atmosphere of the cafe and building inside and rooftop is so beautiful and amazing, i was surprised with the location, surprised to see that in that small street

The ambience of the cafe is very nice. The food is decent, still expensive as compared to most other things in Prayagaraj but then it is also a rare fancy cafe in Civil Lines.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. It was my first time trying a shushi and it was worth having it🤤. Shushi was too good and tasty, neatly served, and fresh. This place have a good interior, with friendly staff, and fresh food.

I have been here twice. In my first visit, we ordered a lot of non veg items which were good. Palak paneer was okay though. In my recent visit, I was disappointed with the food. Manchow soup was good but portion was small. Ordered an exotic veg pizza which was cold when served. They brought it again but it hardly had any veegies, only an overload of cheese. For the price paid, it was disappointing. The overall decor and ambience is good.

The starters were excellent. We tried Kasturi Kebab, Kakori Kebab and Fish amritsari... The maim course and deserts were disappointing. Their service is extremely slow.

Hazelnut coffee was good Prices are exorbitantly high

Poor Service. Water was always short on the table, till end. Staff takes the order & forgets to get the dish. Later, by mistake, charges it twice.....so cool, say sorry sir....we will refund you. All the name that the ambience & tasty food earns with hardwork, can go down the drain with poor service. Please improve for your own interest. I am never going to see your performance again. Once is enough.

The food and ambience of this place was simply amazing. We had ordered chilly potato and paneer Tikka as starters, the quality and quantity both were great. In the main course we ordered au gratin and chicken sternoff pot pie which were there classic dishes and tasted amazing. Loved the food and experience here. Altough the service was a bit slow. Overall this is a must visit place in allahabad.

Eden is a very peaceful place with lovely architecture and designs. The staff is very much appreciable as they are very polite and the Quality and Quantity of the Food is also very good... It is a good place to chill out with friends and family. There is a large variety of food both Veg and Non-Veg. The deserts are also worth every penny. Big functions can also be organized here with extremely beautiful decorations.

Great ambience!!! This was our first visit to Eden. Nice warm and cosy..especially the rooftop open restaurant.....good spread of food.... Lip smacking dishes... The humble Daal was a surprise.. It was really awesome... And we ordered more. Gone there with a big gang of 14.... And happily spent our time.... Restaurant staff and manager were courteous and that definitely added to the experience... Service was slow which was a plus and added to our chit chat time.... Which was the way we wanted.... Children enjoyed too.... There is a garden jhoola available Overall 5 stars and definitely marked for repeated visits
