Very poor service . Third class waiter ,pure roadside dhaba type serving person. Even you have to wait and have to call so many many times for water. Their staff will wipe the utensils and plates before you. Better you go to any normal roadside dhaba . Dirty washrooms , Table s picture are here on the pic .Only name and interiors are good,Rest not recommended to visit.

There is a tremendous restaurant here, if you want to spend quality time with your friends and family, then this will be a better option for you, the decoration and the taste of the food here is very good and the staff behavior is also very good, especially the decoration is awesome.I would like to give five stars to this restaurant, this restaurant can also be a very good option for pure vegetarians, so if you want to enjoy with family then this will be a amazing restaurant. Very bad experience.Altgough the ambience is nice but We had to wait 10 minutes before the table was cleaned for us to sit(the table was free but dirty).Only two waiter were running around doing everything.The service is super slow and many items from the menu were not available.Could have given even less rating if possible.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I felt compelled to share my feedback with you. Firstly, I found the quality of the food to be poor. The dishes lacked flavor, were overcooked and had a strange aftertaste. My order took a long time to arrive, and when it did, the food was lukewarm and unappetizing. Moreover, the presentation of the food was also lacking, with the dishes looking unappealing and poorly plated. The portion sizes were small and the dishes were not worth the high prices that were charged. As a customer, I expected much more from a restaurant that has such a good reputation. I was deeply disappointed with the overall experience and do not believe that the food lived up to the standards that your restaurant is known for. I hope that you take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the quality of your food and service in the future. I would appreciate a response from you regarding the steps that you are taking to address these issues.

The worst is the small word for this horrible place...food is too bad.... the atmosphere was horrible.....only the cup of tea was good that's why i gave them 1 star ....

Food: we ordered Paneer curry, Dal fry, rice and tandoori roti. Paneer curry was just ok, Daal was good really, tandoori roti was bit thin. Rice was good. Ambiance: the ambience was good, positivity was there. Service: service was bit slow I thought there was not more waiter available in that restaurant but yes the service staff was good and they manage all the thing very effectively. Public amenities: Good Price: the price was really a very affordable each and everything whatever is available in the menu is in very good price range. **Yes they have to work on their food and in service but it is a good place to visit with your family.

Most pethatic ultra slow service.. although there was no cutomer in the restaurant but they took more than 45 minutes to serve just 4 tea with french fries and veg sandwiches.. more over its over expensive.. taste and quality is just normal.. its better to avoid it

Went for the first and the last time.the table was dirty and had to wait for 15-20 mins before it was cleaned.The service was irritably slow.lack of waiters and food was nice except for paneer butter masala.overall bad experience.

The food quality was not up to the mark as restaurant is showing for with the interior and decor, ambient light with good atmosphere but food quality is bad or can say worst.

Service is very poor, after 45 minutes starter is coming, there were 11 people and only 8-9 glasses were given for water, quantity of food per plate was less compared to other resturant (Cury leaf, makahan, Pind baluchi). This is very disappointing, never go there.

The food quality & quantity was quite good, value for money. Visited around 07:30 pm so there were less people. Atmosphere was quite nice. Must visit once for a family dine out

Worst dining experience ever. Manager was very rude, arrogant and impolite. They served rooten paneer gravy and didn't even bother to replace and charged it as well. Definitely, don't recommend it to anyone for dining. Hope this helps. Peace✌🏼

Over priced menu and third quality food. I have order burger price 100 + but taste was pathetic and cheese was not even melted properly and bun was stale. Coming on the toasted sandwich which was not even toasted properly some was even burned. I will never recommend anyone. 👎🏼

I went there in April 2023 with my family for dinner...there was not many people there bt..yet they provided our order quite early..than expected and the food was very yumm...must visit.

I ate Manchow soup, Handi biryani, arrabiata pasta. All three were average with decent preparing time. Pasta was little bit on the bad site but i haven't eaten decent pasta anywhere in Prayagraj. Not recommended.

poor taste of food, especially paw bhaji , nothing is good ...and one thing that is very important is that the manager is 💥very rude towards their customers and also to their stafs . i m very much sure he also have second wife . you can opt for maharanu zaika , pind baluchi , shamiyana , tamarind , old school cafe , and many more interesting places ...they are far better than this ...below average restaurant ..💥ac is not working here .

My wife has arranged the kitty party. Quality of the item is good, service is fine. Name of the restaurant is some unusual. It compels me to attend the restaurant on next day with our friends.
