First come to taste- Taste of manchurian(I have uploaded the picture see it.) was good from what i have eaten in allahabad but dont buy it. Dosa was not that good. Punjabi thali was worst. Now quantity- Manchurian has very very very low quantity. Dosa was large enough. Punjabi thali was medium. Quality and cleanliness- Quality of food and cleanliness was not up to date. Price- On seeing all the points the cost was high beacuse qyantity was low in some items but chola bhatura had a great quantity.

Average taste of the food.... overpriced The owner very rude and they have charged higher price...also they are charging 25rs for cold drink..while the MRP is 20 which is illegal, the service was very bad, even the quantity and quality of food was not upto mark , hygiene was poor.... according to the price of the food the quantity was very very less

Paneer Chola Bhature taste was not good. Paneer was too less. Not worth for price.

A decent place to have any sort of meals. Chaas and lassi served is absolutely wonderful. Quality and quantity both are apt to the price.

A very clumsy, poorly organized place. waiters not listening to you, you get ur order after 20-30 mins ,depending upon person serving u. Food quality specially chole bhature for which Shamiana was famous for. Have been a diehard fan since childhood when we used to sit on the service lane ,on wooden planks and stools (The old place where Shamiana used to be) Would like to request current owners to please upgrade or atleast maintain the legacy of their elders.

Average food.. with not so great taste

I went there around 4 days ago. For breakfast i had masala dosa and cold coffee. Honetly the coffee had no ice and was not cold . But thats negligible bcoz the taste was ok. Now onto dosa , the one thing i loved was that they maintained the originality in everything. For exampe, in north indian regions we often see paper thin dosa and watery sambhar but here the food was amazing and original. Dosa was thick and sambhar was thick yet yummy . Dinner me we had dal and a sabji which was again delicious , the stuffed dum aloo were amazing . For dessert we chose gulab jamun which was the highlight for me . If u ever visit this place plz try gulab jamun atleast once. I come from lucknow where we get to see shops like chappan bhog ,radhey and many more but honestly the gulab jamun i had here were unlike the ordinary ones . They were fully cooked,soft and chewy. All in all a cozy and simple family place to get simple and tasty food with a homly touch

Yummyiest Chole Bhature in whole Allahabad... And the taste is same since my childhood to now. The taste of chole is having the same taste as Delhi's chole bhatoore. Ambience is ok. Staffs are ok. One must go for tasting yummiest Chole Bhatoore in town.

Good place to eat choley bhature and South Indian dishes are best in the town.

Cousin are good but washroom are not available there even u will buy water for drink..
